What if you have no family to help you find another place to help w/all this?
    What do you do?
Is there an agency that can help the elderly person find an apartment or facility?

Check locally in your community. I did years ago, and it has worked well for me.

Very informative and helpful video, thanks for sharing. I would like to suggest that the Senior community COVID vaccine requirements be researched and met at least a few weeks Before moving the Senior into the new living community.
If vaccines and/or boosters are required, there may be little or no shots available onsite. Some facilities don’t provide COVID vaccines themselves, but instead have an outside provider visit the senior community 1 or 2 days per week. Any requests by the Senior or their families to have their own nurse or other practitioner provide the vaccine may be denied by the Senior community. So getting fully immunized could take a Lot Longer.
Furthermore, the senior could be restricted from common residential areas such as the dining room, gym or patio and isolated, or limited to only their room until they are fully immunized. This could be weeks or nearly a month, especially if the Senior test positive anytime during this period.
Meanwhile, some Senior communities may restrict or suspend visiting your Senior until their COVID immunization requirements are complete, and the Senior test negative. Even discharging the Senior could be withheld during this period!!😳

We tried to get my grandfather to move to an assisted living but he wouldn't have it. He's 80 and said he'd rather die in his home than go to an old folks home so that's it I guess.
