Sir we are shifting the goods from main premises to yard daily basis like weight is 6 to 8 ton so we need to generate e-way bill or excise rule will attract excise duty if it is removed from factory gate.
Kindly suggest me sir and also we have confusion is still excise duty is applicable or abolished

Sir agar same state me 50k se jyaada ke goods ki movement ho aur travel agent ka receipents se distance less than 50km hai then e-way bill generate hoga ya nahi?

E-way bill toh generate hoga hi....but the relaxation is for the transporter that they dont need to furnish details in Part B if the DISTANCE is less than 50km.
