This is so wholesome. I love Masterchef Australia more than any other Masterchef regions
uk version is way better and much more down to earth. Aus has the better and more interesting challenges but its unwatchable with all the cheering and music and melodrama, its over the top.
@@timothy790110 c'mon that's just like your opinion man
Atkins Paints The World! Personally think uk is the worst..
It’s awesome,not wholesome😪
Yep in UK we Now Don't Watch it .Cos in 2020 they have been replaced The Best 3 you Could Have ?
this my friend, is why I love them the most. out of all masterchef series worldwide, this one's gotta be number one since it has the strongest chemistry between the judges and contestants. like a whole family, unlike my own country version though
Which one is yours?
The judges are like the 3 Top Gear hosts of old, perfect chemistry.
yea, masterchef canada is okay as it feels like a straight up competition but the judges there do have some connection with the contestants, masterchef usa is basically a drama show/hunger games
Contestants not saying “WOW”, “amazing” every 2 seconds? This is not masterchef
Because its not gordon lmao.
@@affanarsyad2794 I am dying 😂😂😂
The US version lmao irritating shoits
Always a pleasure watching Gary's Masterclass! It always looks effortless and in total control when he cooks. Def gonna miss him next season!
Is he leaving masterchef?
@@Thor_Asgard_ Yes, 3 of them are leaving. There will new line of judges for season 12.
No! That's so sad! I love this judges. They are so respectfull and kind.. Gary is one gentle, sweet guy also 😔
Why are they leaving? Did anyone said something? 😔
@@marinaromero4953 when you think yout it... 11years. I think they want a change
Everyone: 🤩😜🤯🤓🤨🙃😵
Marco Pierre White: 😏
4:45 What he didn't say, is that if the butter isn't set, it can mix with the mixture and may fail to assist with the rising. Butter being set/cold makes it work.
I was looking for someone to have said something about this. Putting that buttered souffle dish in the fridge was the top tip I needed.
Master chef Australia is so different that other masterchefs. There's a greater sense of student/ teacher relationship here and less about panic, drama to rake in views.
0:04 Marco's face is like (Look at this imbeciles!)
Absolutely
0:13 "Welcome to burn the b*tches"
MC Australia Masterclass : Teaches complex dishes.
MC Canada Masterclass : Blow torch a Salmon
The Canadian chapter looks like the pretentious work from an old sac.
Lol this is true
Looks like a summer camp but for adults haha. Love it!
They're actually teaching them? Wow
Yes, I will think this is Masterchef, not like in Masterchef in America.
@@martinslovak9767 that's why i was pleasantly surprised... I have heard that the Australian judges were nicer and such... And I've watched some of the American seasons... I've never ever seen them really teach... Maybe a "this is how you make pasta" "this is how you filet a salmon" "one of us will be cooking beside you"... But not a full on tutorial like this
@@dds1125 True, and I think cooks learnt more than in America.
DDS11 the contestants are taught each dish prior to every skills challenge, just off camera. That’s the hidden concept of masterchef.
DDS11 exactly i was gunna say this is the most chillest episode i’ve seen LMAO
I like that he says "You like it?" like he's not just expecting to only get incredible compliments by default but instead sounds like he's looking for genuine feedback
Reynold: you get the saltiness from the souffle then the plum puree adds a little sweetness and tied with the lemon, it's just amazing
Jessie: yea the lemon is really good with it
😆
Masterchef australia is by far my favorite reality show .. I think what makes it the best for me is the human part alongside with the high standards of Cuisine..
The judges are amazing, the candidates don t stop surprising .. and the guests, simply the best in the world!
Thank you all guys for what you re doing!
Cheeeeers mates from Morocco!
I love watching this chefs mentoring the contestants. Makes them human.
Chef: **breathes**
Home cooks: WRITE THAT DOWN! WRITE THAT DOWN!
I feel like all of these chefs are just one big happy family 😄
Marco is probably the greatest chef in the world but Gary can hold his own even in that company.
I love when the judges cook.
i just love how nobody is fighting or yelling at each other like the other cooking shows everyone works together
This looks more like Master Chef's University more like a Master Chef competition lol pretty entretaining to watch
This is why Australia is one of the better “Masterchef” shows that air around the world, because of Masterclasses like this & there’s no pressure to replicate that same dish
Not gonna be the same next time without gary, george and matt. 😪😭
I remember watching the early seasons of this show as a kid and found the masterclasses the most boring parts. Now as an adult, while I still love all the other bits, these are now my favorite.
Gary is so friendly 🙂
Australia is the only masterchef where it's not drama its a actual competition with Master classes and lessons which adds more excitement
Just wow. Beautiful cooking masterclass with lot of fun. Excellent way to learn cooking
I enjoy watching MC Australia. As you watch, you can learn as well. Great! All judges are kind and like a father to all the contestants.
I've never understood why they do these masterclasses but don't let all the contestants taste the dishes. You need to know what something should taste like when it's created by the best cooks so you know where you can improve when you make it.
0:06 how many time they need to go back to perfected that moment 😂😂
The Judges are just like their friends lol unlike masterchef Us or Canada. They call the judges by their names but in Us and canada you must call them "Yes chef, Thank you chef". Once in masterchef canada a contestant called a judge "buddy" and the judge said *"It's Chef, not Buddy"
season 7 is the best....both contestants and judges are great...love them
This class of Masterchef is the best of all seasons till date.
This bring me memories at my cooking school. We learn the same way.
Can someone tell me what season and episode is this?
What a great chef
Thank you
The only Masterchef that is chill...
Wheres the rest? the other masterclasses? :(
Australians are definitely amazing people!
Im gonna try to do this!
"A bit of salt"
*Invades Utah*
they just look like a big family.... love it! :)
Can someone tell me which season is this? I really wanna see Marco's Mac n cheese masterclass
When Gary was showing how to cook, there was a super master Reynold supervising him.
Best masterchef ever!!!
By far the best Masterchef show of them all
Marco puts on a smile at it choice for the sake of the show
Just amazing
Sreyoshi Are a cook
so wholesome
I want to make this!!
I really like masterchef Australia, because it's not unpolite and er learn a lot! I started follow 1. when Julie whan😊 then I falled om love. Simply love'd her and you, the expert'. Thank you so very much😘
Masterchef Australia and Canada... For me are best
"I've got a 150 grams of parmesan. I'm gonna add most of it...a bit of salt (adds a lot)....and I also want to add some saltiness, anchovies"
Glad I'm not the only one that clocked that. Bypass central! It's the same with Gordon Ramsay with olive oil, butter and salt.
@@Hagg-o-tron The funny thing about that is that Gordon Ramsay's culinary style is often described as being focused on taste whiteout relying on fat and he's known for keeping his dishes light. That says a lot about restaurant food. It's basically a question of how you'd like your fat, sugar and salt prepared.
@@grammarofficerkrupke4398 you're totally correct. As careme proposed in the 1700's, humans enjoyment of food is linked to the rendering of either fat in savoury dishes with the addition of salt or vinegar. Or the breaking apart of sugar with eggs to make it less sweet and cloying. I cannot think of a dish that's bucked the trend
I miss them ..specially georgia her strawberry patch
Masterchef Australia is best to watch coz the judge is very friendly
How something is soo wholesome like this ..
How???
Gary u r a awesome chef 👑👑👑👑👑
Guys wheres the part 2 of this episode? I need to watch it 😢
Please upload the rest of masterclass
Masterchef Australia is very enjoyable than in Indonesia, the Chefmaster teaches every member of masterchef is amazing
Which episode is this ?
hes basically cooking a french bechamel in the beginning lol
Season episode?
Episode?
Hey guys any other cheese we can use insted of parmesan
what episode is this please?????????????????????????????
season 7 episode 15
Gary's such a good dad... err... I mean teacher.
I am not used to watching master chef videos be this light and friendly 😅
I kinda prefer the adrenaline and pressure
welcome to the hell kitchen :))
this my friend, is why I love them the most. out of all masterchef series worldwide, this one's gotta be number one since it has the strongest chemistry between the judges and contestants. like a whole family, unlike my own country version though
What season is this..?
i feel peace on earth.
Which season is this?
Where is the bald boi at?
please tell me the season n episode in which this recipe was broadcasted!!!
Season 17 episode 35.
7:39 "you like it"??As if they gonna say no lol
7:38 *
They went behind the scenes to spit it out
@@cylltndn7935 LMAO
dayuuuuuum. u can twice bake or cook any damn thing. haaaaaaaa. nice.
7:55 😂😂
I have yet to succeed @ making a Souffle!
I can't believe he added anchovies.
What season and episode is this?
Probably season 7 cause i saw Billy whom is season 7’s champion.
Masterchef canada judges teaching the contestants: everybody is happy, wanted to learn.
Meanwhile masterclass with gordon, which probably costs A LOT to watch in person: contestants doesn't want to watch, instead they're preparing for the challenge in exchange of a new culinary knowledge.
Salt is to enhance the flavour, not for the salty part...
Masterchef Australia is the best masterchef series in the world
No it's crap as hell.
@@zaltmanbleroze Canada is the shitiest
@@emmanuelvincent2993 well at least it's an actual competition
0:02 Marco is like 🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨
They should set up their own ahow
They had a great time in Australia's, yet in my country's Masterchef they were being yelled at.
Marco is unmatched. Love such legend.
Unmatched?
Do you even know Gordon Ramsay ? He is the best chef in the World!!
@@a_lofty_tribe I know Gordon Ramsay since before you were born . That's your opinion and it's mine . Check facts .
Yeah, those burnt boys never puffed back up.
i'm guessing souffle pancake is an alternative to that twice cooked souffle
Mc australia is the best for me
MASTERCHEF AUSTRALIA IS THE BEST👏
this isnt masterchef aus no ones saying "this is yum" every 2 seconds
Or 'beautiful' drives me crazy
Fun fact: He is actually The Last of The Mehigans.
Umami?
Uncle roger says sprinkle some MSG
Mehigan, Irishman.
See Gary spit it out at 726
More like sucking on his thumb don't get the rest of the goodiness :P
He spits the seed which is present in the dates lol
Why does he call mililiters mills ?
Anchovies in the soufflé...
Would you prefer eye of orc?
7:12 the ratings guy never won just used twice.
"a good pinch of salt" cracks like 4 tablespoons of salt in there
