Probably the easiest and best video of cooking, I have seen. Simple and to the point where someone can see and follow, simple is good. I am trying this for this TH, as a whole turkey is too much for 4, and to time consuming. 😮Thanks for saving our TG 😊here at home rather than going out.🥵
Some would say the blow drying step would put your poultry in the (temp danger zone” to long resulting in bacteria growth leading to food born illness. I say good idea and maybe worth the risk. 👍. Remember the longer meat sits at a temperature between 40-140f the greater the danger
Many steps in this video are optional. It will add more flavor and moisture if you do the brine. Many turkey breast are already in a brine solution so it is up to you
Not only was the turkey fantastic, but the dandruff and small hairs that came out of the blow dryer added zest to the skin. Thanks you!
Omg too funny 😂
Cracking up! Happy Thanksgiving all
😂

@@manthatscooking Have you ever heard of Sam the cooking guy? He is cool too.
Yes I've watched some of his videos, like him he's got a good show. I try to subscribe to a good variety of you tube cooking channels.

Blow dryer saved my butt I forgot to rinse the brine off first year of brining 🙀
Can I use olive oil instead?
Sure or spray on duck fat
What is the background music
It's the quickly thrown together man that's cooking theme song
Man That's Cooking well it’s certainly awesome!!
Ten or fifteen minutes? It will be ready to eat by then. How about no brine baked turkey breast? Not mushy.

I knew this recipe was over complicated 2 minutes into the video

It's a shame you've made hundreds of sub par turkey breasts. TYME to step up your game bud.
