These are the kind of stories I like to see instead of all the negative crap.
I was involved in a similar incident near Dallas. I noticed smoke and flames coming from under the car in front of me, so I pulled up beside them and pointed down and motioned for them to stop. It was a Hispanic man, his wife and their 4 year old child. He didn't speak English, but he saw the smoke as soon as he stopped. I stopped a distance ahead and ran back to them. He was frantically trying to get his wife out of the car and she was screaming, refusing to get out. The child was screaming in the back seat, trying to get to his mom, so I yanked the back door open, grabbed the kid and handed him to another man that had just ran up. Then I grabbed his wife's other arm and together the husband and I literally dragged her out of the car as she screamed at us. She fought us the whole time as we dragged her away from the car and he held her down while I called 911! Some people literally panic their way into death and I have no doubt this woman would've sat there and burned to death and let her child burn to death, rather than get out of the car!
I wonder why she was being so belligerent. 🤔
Did the wife speak any English at all?
