No at all. When u press rotti with fingers, you should not feel raw dough and it should be firm and stiff. That is how we know it is cooked One more thing, even after removing rotti from tawa, residual heat will be there in rotti. That makes rotti to cook further to some extent after removing from flame. So you need to consider and do not over cook. Thanks
