I have watched quite a few of your videos by this time but I haven't seen a video with these specific questions answered: how do you convince a person when they ask you, "Well if you can do it why shouldn't I be doing this myself?" how do you convince them win like most of us you have never even done this before and you have no experience? I mean you already had a corporate model that you were following so you had quite a bit of experience when you started the Airbnb process but most of us don't. So if someone asks us why should I trust you? You have Zero experience. What is the response?? And then what are some areas in the past that you have had to compromise on that go outside of your usual contracts? What should you compromise on and what shouldn't you compromise on?

Can you talk more in details about the contract and what are the important terms that we need to include in order to protect us and be able to short term lease the property without the landlord cutting you off. Great info, thanks! Which one of your vids do you recommend watching to even get to the table for negotiation? I've met with quite a few landlords and property managers, took a tour of the unit, let them know my rental arbitrage plans for the unit but none were interested in that model 🤷🏽♀️

Hey Sean! I got my first lease that i haven’t signed yet. It’s a studio fully furnished in my LLC name but they put my name as a tenant is that okay? Also since it’s fully furnished they’re asking for first, last & security deposit should that be negotiated as well for a 12 month lease?
All good except I would not pay last month rent for a full month security deposit. Offer half month security
