I found me a new shop!

So the shop got delivered! As I mentioned, I didn’t video the guys leveling the shop. The dad seemed cool but his sons came across that they didn’t feel like having video taken of them while they worked. But they got it all done and they were very professional in their work. Even though this building was a repo the dad felt like everything needed to be right before they left. Their was a hole in the roofing made from a screw. I told him I could just caulk it up not big deal but he had to fix it. The garage door didn’t seem to have enough tension on it so he adjusted it so it opens a lot easier. I wish more people had this kind of work ethic.;)

Back in 2016 I built a 12x20 and I know exactly what you mean! It's unreal how fast you can run out of room.:)

Turn it around so the garage door is lower or build up at the garage door with dirt and concrete

I could have done that but then I wouldn't have a view. :) I would be looking at a bunch of bushes. :) I have a couple idea's for a ramp later on down the road.:)

What was the size and how much did it coast?

This building is 14x40. Costs vary from your location. But they can run from 14-18 grand new but this was a repo so I got a good discount.
