Otaru is a picturesque and romantic harbor city of Hokkaido, and it only takes about half an hour from Sapporo by train. This beautiful town features a mix of Japanese and Western style, and famous for its canal, glass work and music boxes. In this video, we are taking a day trip to visit this winter wonderland.

may i know if you just use JR and bus all the way in your 4 vlogs? do you store your luggages at JR stations?

Hi! we used JR between Hakodate- Sapporo and Sapporo-Otaru. And we used bus (joined a day tour) to go to Asahikawa& Biei. Our luggages were in the hotel - we stayed 1 day at a hotel in Hakodate, and then we stayed at a hotel in Sapporo. We went to Asahikawa& Biei and Otaru from Sapporo as a day tour. I hope these information can be helpful 😇
