Halva Puri and sweet lassi are very famous here in Lahore and people are willing to queue up at 4am to get their hands on it.

I went to Lahore in January and had jeda lassi. Best Lassi ever - just prepared for the food coma cos the nap you have after is amazing haha puts you to sleep. Always craving that lassi

I don't know but l may be the only one who doesn't rate Jedda lassi at all. It's so bloody heavy and only a few sips gave me an upset stomach....never again. I prefer my own made at home with shop bought yoghurt and carton milk. God only knows what they put in their lassi as people there have stomachs of steel. But Lahori halwa puri is on another level.....proper traditional breakfast

@@skills.everythingfacts are that people in Pakistan are used to eating food and drinking food items that are somewhat contaminated with some sort of bacteria and so many have got used to it over the years so can eat, drink and be merry without it being an issue. We're not all used to eating and drinking roadside stuff and are more concerned about what we put in our body....
I tried it once around 20 years ago while on holiday in Lahore. I fell in love with its rich creamy taste and texture so much that I ended up moving there soon I could drink it everyday

@@239muhammadbilal5 you don't know a good thing until you've tasted it. Jedda only got famous due to RUclips and everyone floods there like flies to bacteria because its all they know. There are several places that sell exceptionally great quality lassie that's made with pure products and 'clean'......but its not for every Pakistani as most aren't health conscious anyway. Have you seen the size of some of the men.....most definitely diabetic and a heart attack waiting to happen.

I just noticed lots of bruises on the back of the 6 month old whose father have him.lassi.when he moves him his top lifts up
Might be some sort of immune deficiency. Its complexion seems different to the other two. The children's behaviour doesn't seem to suggest to me that there is any wrong doing.

The child looks to have an illness of some sort, if you look at his hair n stuff. Plus he seems really pale, in Pakistan it's not common to be very light skinned as such. Another thing is that the father is giving him lassi, typically its not common for young children/babies to drink it. You can tell he's giving it as sort of herbal remedy as it contains stuff good for digestion and immune booster etc.
