- These motorcycle boots by Indie Ridge, the Comanche4’s, are an amazing boot! I ride an Indian Scout Bobber, so the look is great for the ride as well, in my personal opinion.
They have a reinforced TPU toe, waterproof 2mm top grain leather, hard rubber angle caps, crush-resistant mid sole, a waterproof membrane inner liner, and they weight around 3 pounds. They are very soft and comfortable inside, they are very easy to slip on and off, and for around $185, they have been very hard to beat in price and performance! The leather is thick enough for support and waterproofing, but not too rigid that they are uncomfortable. You can definitely wear these to walk around in and not hate yourself for the decision to do so.
These Indie Ridge boots are seriously comfortable. I am coming from two previous pairs of other brand name boots, that were either water resistant and cold on my feet, or they said waterproof and my feet still got wet… I live in the Pacific Northwest, and I ride in all kinds of weather, snow, rain, hail, you name it we can get it.
They are very warm, they keep your feet very dry, and because they are above the ankle the support is amazing! If you’re in the market for a nice comfortable and very practice pair of waterproof leather boots, I would not blink an eye to recommend these Indie Ridge Comanche4’s.
My wife bought these with her own money and this is/was my honest review! I have the Indie Ridge Full Gauntlet glove as well, and I will be doing a review on those shortly so stay tuned!

They should of put an addithinaol layer on the toe area for shifter marks

I bought this same pair. They feel very comfortable except for the trim piece around the top of them. They hurt the back of leg enough to make them hard to wear
Hmmm I don’t have this issue. Maybe because I wear ankle socks? Or maybe because mine I broken in?
@@BobberandReel I have tried ankle socks and crew socks both. I think yours being broke in probably plays the biggest part of it.

I don’t know, BUT they are holding up great! And that’s rain, hail, sun etc, if it scuffs you can use a cloth and “buff it out” and it looks great again! I am super impressed with these boots!
I am thinking about getting a pair, I am a shorty and my current boots lift me up a bit. Do these give you any lift or are they like running shoes?
These have a slight lift, but they are definitely not running shoes. They are comfortable, but definitely for riding, with the ankle reinforced and the heal and toe reinforced it wouldn’t be good for running haha. Walking around in between your rides is fine but
@@BobberandReel Sorry, I meant the lift is like a running shoe vs the lift from a boot. I get about 3/4 of an inch lift from my boots, vs my normal (running shoes) is like 1/8 of an inch. :)
@@SaskRiderMoto I gotcha. Yea I do not know a ton about that, they are very comfortable though. And I can walk around the mall or wherever in between rides and have no cramps or soreness. Sometimes even my Nikes make my toes or arch tender.
how are they walking around? like if a guy went on a long trip, just as a casual boot?
They have flex in the tow but not the ankle. I wear them around the mall when I ride and parks etc. they aren’t bad honestly.

I have pretty wide feet, and I’d say I’m not cramped at all, but it’s not loose either. I have a pair of street bike race sneakers and they are tight in my toe. These are very comfortable
