Wow! that was one of the fastest and most cleanest footwork I've seen any bboy do at 2:16...... AMAZING!!!
IDK 'bout the rest of y'all but TOP 9 is 1 of the best teams out there. They went 2 the finals of UK bboy champs 3 times in a row, and won 1 out of 3 of them, and they won BOTY 2008, Now they won this. I think they deserve more respect.
Of course people are going to slip up when they're trying much harder moves. You're right, bboying isn't just about power moves and flips, it's about it all. Illusions of Exist came with funky styles as well as power and did both better. To me it's also about showmanship and especially going hard. Each bboy in Illusions of Exist went wayyy harder and brought that fire.
Absolutely man. Those guys have mad style and Cheerito gets funky to the beat. I'm sick of people obsessing solely on foundation. Bboying is about having a complete team. Lil G brings the power and does it on a whole nother level. He even matches his power to the beat. Nobody complained when the koreans broke out 10 years ago and did moves nobody could imagine but messed up several times. Gun, cheerito, Lil G, and Kiwi all fill in a crucial role and should have won this.
Many sets right side didn't even try to dance. And they had more crashes. Judging isn't as easy as everyone acts. B-boying has a foundation and real judges have to take that into consideration. Right side had crazier blowups and tricks, but that does not win battles at a higher level. I think both sides went hard and it was a great battle.
Illusion of Exist should have taken this one.
Top 9 were mundane and un-entertaining yet they were a bit more cleaner.
Illusion of Exist brought more to the battle with unique and intricate sets.
ТОПы все еще держат марку, IOE достаточно перспективны, очень свежие движения удивляют, но у ТОПов реально можно сказать: "вот это танец, это брейкинг детка!!"

@MultiFROMM я очень уважаю ТОП'ов - как бы есть за что, действительно, много добились, многое сделали ждя российского би-боинга. Но сегодня, очевидно что они встали на месте, - нужны новые, свежие фишки, больше оригинальности. Посмотрите на IOE, реально интереснее смотрятся, - оригинальные и непривычные для восприятия движения, но как это смотрится!!!

You can't look at me and say Bboy Cheerito doesn't have mad flow and foundation. He's smooth, has fantastic toprock, and most importantly eats the beat like it's breakfast. Illusion's of Exist is a bad crew, Top 9 won because they "fit" the old bboy image more where as Illusion's that, innovated that, and created far more.

Despite the fact Lil G crashed, this is still probably one of the biggest robberies I've ever seen, Illusion Of Exist, took this hands down.
Weird. Lil G was kinda bringing his side down, though Top 9 came to win. Control isn't as easy as it looks. Dope battle all around.

Yeah it was utterly ridiculous that Top 9 took this battle and they are one of my favourite crews. They only had 3 mans!!! Lil Gs crashes did not help though. But I think Illusion took every round except Lil Gs rounds.

just in case: lil g was battling 3 rounds in a row without rest - half final 4vs4, right after that 1vs1 final and only after - this 4vs4 final. and up to me - ioe has won.

Если честно, ну чисто мое мнение, IOE выйграли, у них стиль, и скорость, незнаю даже визуально как то они более сильнее, только Lil G два выхода спорол, но зато остальные вытащили... Незнаю какое у вас мнение, но по моему мнению выйграли IOE
