Hi Sophie! I recently within the past 2 years started having scalp issues. Nothing was working. I went to a dermatologist and they gave me Haxchlodrex Shampoo 120 ml. I also discovered my T3 uptake was low on my bloodwork. My thyroid always shows normal on all of my bloodwork, but I did some deep diving and my T3 uptake was low. I researched symptoms and low T3 can cause psoriasis. My Dr prescribed me liothyrine. It, along with the shampoo, completely cleared my scalp. Every once in a while a small spot will come back. I use the shampoo once and it clears right up. My hairdresser can attest to all of this! She has seen the total scalp transformation. 😂 I know it’s so frustrating to deal with. Mine is so much better now. I hope you find something that works for you. ❤️
We like to cook the crust for a bit before we use the oomi. You can even pre bake in oven for 5 minutes and then have them stacked and ready for the oomi.
Those halloween bars looked so fun! Reminds me of the days before my husband and I had kids (we're having our 3rd and final baby tomorrow) enjoy it while you can! 💚
Great vlog as always, you are so entertaining. My husband purchased the OONI about 2 years ago now, it is definitely a learning process, you can purchase a thermometer gun to check the temp of the oven, it's very handy. My favourite pizza is prosciutto, pear, walnut and goats cheese.

Have you ever tried Nizoral Shampoo from Walmart? I have Seborrheic keratosis, nothing ever worked for me until I found Nizoral! I did tea tree oil/ shampoos and tons of others. Nizoral has literally been a life saver.! Seborrheic keratosis and scalp psoriasis are both inflammatory skin conditions so it could possibly help you too! :) I use the Anti- dandruff one with ketoconazole 1%, however they did also just come out with another Nizoral for psoriasis specifically with different ingredients! If one didn’t work, the other could be worth a shot! I hope you get relief!
I just actually bought that razor. I like it. And I like how it’s magnetic! I used to have pserisis on the back of my hairline near my neck, I think it’s where yours is. Omg I hated it!!! Itchy and flaky. I hated wearing black, but I loved wearing black lol if u know what I mean. My dermatologist gave me a liquid solution to put on my neck at night. It was prescription. It burned when I put it on, but it felt good 😂 Mine went away in about a year. It might have been bc I wasn’t under as much stress as I was tho in previous months to a couple years either, but it worked! I’ll have to get the bottle and see if I can read the name. It’s small. I keep it just so I know what it is. I hope I never have to use it again tho. But just in case. 😊
I know you probably don’t want to hear this but cutting down on processed carbohydrates and sugar helps your body heal from a lot of dermatological issues 😢
My derm recommends scrub MD shampoo it's on Amazon I like it. And dude let's do carnivore. Good for autoimmune. My scalp psoriasis is terrible. I use clobetasol (steroid solution) and I'm on injections

Go to your dermatologist for the psoriasis. Psoriasis can make your hair fall out! I use clobetasol solution which isn't greasy and dries down. Only thing that works for me.
Are you still doing WW? I have not kept up with you in quite awhile. I ditched WW several years back due to severe health issues. I have been focusing on Keto, carnivore and now have noodles for brains. Lost all my energy and had to stop. You are looking great weight wise btw… In a new home with your partner. Seems a lot of good things have come your way.🎉🎉🎉

My birthday came and went in October, and i never got a card or anything. He’s only been to my house 4 times in 21 months. Like i mentioned they all….let me emphasize ALL do this to me. There’s only one common denominator….me. They also don’t take pics with me, post anything about me, and they ALL cheat. I’m at a point in life “54” that I’m just tired of it all. I don’t have siblings, or children. I don’t want to get older and be all alone. I have my parents which are in their 70’s. Oh well…enough of that. It’s so awesome that you and Lauren are friends. I started watching you both wayyyyyy back in the beginning. You are so sweet and deserve this happy life. 😊

It helps me when I massage scalp oil after I shower. I make my own or buy one with tea tree oil. My scalp is so dry, it helps a lot.

we were using that peel for so long and struggling with sticking, switched to wooden peel, no more issues!
I got a medicated shampoo from my dermatologist. Wash my hair 2-3 times a week with it.
Have you researched "Sea Breeze" for your scalp? It comes in regular and sensitive.

I have excema on my scalp mostly the back lower part of my s alo and my doctor prescribed a liquid lotion. It works great.
Try to wash your extensions if you haven't already. I have been told this is supposed to help keep the curl :)
My husband uses TGel and or Tsal shampoo. Works great.

Tar shampoo works well. Neutrogenas is called T Gel, and there’s a meijer version. It is very harsh though and strips color.
It may be caused by a food sensitivity/allergy and that’s how it’s presenting itself. That’s how it was in my case.

Billie razors are okay, they dull easily and gave me razor burn on my legs.

Have you seen your doctor about your scalp? They may be able to prescribe medicine...my friend is on medicine for the spots on his elbows and knees.
