I first started coming out early last June (pretty close to you!) and I can say that this has also been one of the greatest years of my 19 year old life. I too came out a little over a year ago (july 2012 and to most of my friends-parents and family no yet) Coincidentally i was also 22 when i did it and so much has changed. I finally started to live life. it felt like a big weight fell off my shoulders because i didn't have to exhaust myself being careful of what i said and how i said it. Im definitely less withdrawn (still somewhat shy) but i don't care what people think about me anymore. I am who i am and they can take it or leave it. I finally drink and have a good time for once. Now when i meet people i actually embrace the potential for a good friend and not have to think "great, another person i have to be careful around." Congrats on your one year!
I am going to make a few positive comments. The difference between your first two videos about coming out and this video is pretty awesome to see. You sound happier and you radiate confidence. I am very proud of you and am happy to learn how positive the last year has been.
