I own the chrome bronze edition of classic 350 reborn. And i am glad that i do own this royalistic beast. First thing you should not change the stock exhaust. This makes a difference to the mileage and encourages the engine heating issue. Second thing never consult with the local mechanic unless they did any mechanical course from the Royal Enfield faculty because this machine is not for ordinary mechanics Mind it. And the last thing is this machine has a satisfactory headlight without a headlight grill. If you install a grill then you should go for a better powered LED bulb. Hope your beast gets well soon. Obviously brother! Because the chrome part is difficult to be scratched by a sharp material. And even after a long period of time, if it is cared beautifully it reamins as it was before. So according to my perspective it is 100% worthy for long term users.

In snow also this bike did not go off
It started easily and about the petrol tank , it shows the correct amount of fuel after riding for 2-3 km. The petrol shifts when kept on side stand so the sensor shows false when the bike is on stationary

Hellogen bulb is best bro kisi ki aakho ko nuksan nahi krta or visibility bi bout achhi hai led rosni kam deti hai aur aakho me bout lagti hai engine heating is common isse dikkat koi nahi hai i used this past 3 yr nd stil its new for me

Break pad damage is normal brcause it is heavy weight so we need to check every 3000km atleast
I too own chrome reborn red colour. But never faced this much of problem. Only once I changed my chain and nothing else.

10,000 kms brake pads chale wo hi bahut hai bhai. Average 7k chalta hai (and yes, bad braking habits se 3k me bhi ghis jata hai and perfect usage pe 13-14k bhi chalte hai)
Meteor 350 continuous 11 hrs pahad mei Arunachal mein chalaya no issues. Wo bhi basic version wala
I have the same issue with back break , when you apply a break for the rear it produces some sound like your brother and it's been only 4 months and I have driven just 1800 kilometres.

Yes some of these bykes have a chattering problem especially when you accelerate from 20 to 60kmph and RE was not having a solution to the problem

Break change hone ke kuch din Tak awaz ata hai. 2-3 break clean karne ke baad awaz band tha. And monsoon me gaadi bahar rakhne se Rust lagne se sayad problem hua ho. Use rust removal bhai

Bhai I own meteor 350. Aur first 4-5k km heating issue hota hai as parts mein kaafi friction hota hai. But ab mera engine pehle jitna heat nahi hota
Hi, I bought classic 350 two months back and had extreme heat issues from the engine. I had to take my bike to get this issue fixed and the GM of RE dealer says it’s a very common problem. After having lots of arguments with the GM and threatening to take this to RE regional head they were able to fix it without any more arguments. I drive for about 50 kms one way every week and have never experienced this issue again.

Plus point no 1 light is both light can switch keep in mid of head and low beam light , 2, if brake pad sound come use motul chain spray problem solve of brake pad sound. 3, this bike is full of power eco system, i have this bike at sikkim no issue with this bike. 👍💯

Bhai heating toh normal hai. Mera 2 servicing ho gaya hai aur heating issue bohot kum ho gaya hai. Idhar winter me temperature 5 se 20 degrees rehta hai aur bike jyada heat nhi karti. Ek number chalta hai

About fuel meter, it can not be 100% accurate, it is by design. None of the motorcycle in the market across the all brands can claims its fuel meter are 100% accurate. You should be an electronics engineer to understand logic behind this.

Heating issue wala chutiyape pe mat jao. Open engine heat to hone se pata chalta hai faired bikes pe faired k bajese pata nahi chalta. Aur wo to liquid cooling hone se bhi same hi level pe heat karta hai. Best bike for indian roads ka award nahi milte hai re ko.

Bhai aap ke bike pe 10000 pe breckped kharab huye ye bat RE ke service center valo ko 1.5 month Tak pata nhi chala tha ki ye problem kaha se aai he or ye problem meri bike me 2nd service karne ke 2nd din se hi start Hui or me us vajah se karib 1.5 months Tak pareshan huaa hu Kai bar complain bhi ki par koi solution nhi huaaa but abhi kuch dino se ye problem apne aap band ho gai

I have faced same fuel tank cover problem... Here is the solution worked for me buy an 2t mobil oil then put your keys in tank cover then put oil to the key hole through key... Then push your key with slight force and try to lock and unlock twice or thrice...

Stock Catalytic converter se ched chad mat karna bss baki shark me base h but dolphin 🐬 gjb laga mere channel pe testing all silencers wala video dala hua h usme sab sound test kia h reborn me dekh lo idea mil jayega and horn headlight se nhi hoga kuch bss horn zarurat k samay hi lagan 💯

Bhai mere paas meteor hai, 2 saal me 11k chali hai running thoda kam hai, mere front break pads 2 baar badal chuke hai and rear 1 baar in just marely 11k KMs. and front shock absorbers 2 baar leak ho chuke hai. Quality is degraded with RE bikes nowdays.

Bhai long rides pe chaddi pehen ke chalana, tab padega garam garam chatke... Long rides mein hum jeans ya riding pants pehnte hain, isiliye maaloom nahi hota... RE ka R&D bekaar hain...
Bro air filter change kar lo DNA stage 2 company ka engine kam heat hoga performance bhi increase hoga. Mara Bala perfect ho Gaya

Bhai.. tell me one thing, when did you get BS7 engine??🤣🤣🤣🤣. Its BS6 model. I am using Classic 350 Reborn from past 1.5 years and i have not faced any issues except hard clutch. If you maintain the vehicle in stock conditon, you will not face any problem. Tum toh catalytic converter nikaal diya aur exhaust pipe change kiya. Louda jaisa grill lagaya aapne headlight pe and how do you expect good thorw of light?

Bhai kabhi Hayabusa city mein chalake dekho, tagra heat chorti hain. Brake pad 10000 km ke andhar change karna chahiye. Tank ke chabi mein oil lagake ghumao, barish mein jam ho jati hain. BS6, BS7 mein kick start koi bhi company nahi degi, sab kuch sensor monitored hoti hain. Haan aur cosmetic changes ka toh aapko gadi lene se pehele pata hona chahiye tha.
