@PeaceLoveBeauty07 Thank you hun:) Since you have medium hair textutre you can get either one of the sets. All depends on whether you want more natural looking hair or dramatic. 160 g set would give you more dramatic hair:)

@IvonneRiya Hi hun! :) There is no need to prepare your own hair for extensios. They work with all haircuts, as long as your hair is at least 8 inches long. We wouldn't recommend cutting your extensions yourself, but rather taking them to a professional, who knows how to do that:)
