Does anyone else feel that Uni is the most... dynamic CPU Candidate? I mean, she's changed so much from the prior games. Back then she WAS basically a Noire copy paste. Now she's a LOT nicer than Noire, she doesnt complain about what she gets and is a lot more 'free' with her feels... and STILL somehow stays a tsundere. I dont know, she's the ONLY one who has developed character wise among the CPUs.
Actually, Noire did have Character Development in VII Her whole arc with K-sha is trying to be more Direct about her thoughts Then we have the VIIR VR events for Noire where she basically seemingly Gets very close with who ever is playing the game Even admitting that she's embarrassed to be thanking us
