That is funny. I ordered the same ones and am planning to make a video when I install them. To tell the truth, I was worried about drilling the holes in my windshield. Using the tape would help with that... IF the blade doesn't last a metal one is not all that much at CTC... Well done... Thanks for the tip... Be well, I will be watching...
Thanks for the great comment and for watching. Tape is very usefull at times. When you tighten the connector to the windshield, don't over tighten it, that will stress the windshield.
Thanks for watching. Great question. No big issues as long as theres lots of rain. One thing you need to be aware of though, make sure the blade is parked well up from the viewing area. Mine was kind of hanging down and scuffed the windshield. there are some slight scratches too. If you haven't already, please consider subscribing. Cheers
Hey man, thanks for watching. No issues with the hole cracking. Make sure it's not too tight. don't use it unless there's lots of rain. Don't use it to clear mud! I use a bungie cord to hold the wiper up out of eye sight, otherwise it will hang down and it will scuff the windshield. Hope this helps. If you haven't already, please consider subscribing. Cheers
Yes. I did see a little hail one day and it worked fine. Someday I'll give it a real test and will share the results. I just might have to eat crow on my dislike for the wiper.
Hi. Thanks for watching. I was out one day and had some light hail and light rain. Happy to say it did work quite well. Time to eat crow!!! I will be adding the test result in a future vid. Good, It's a simple job, just don't tighten it too much on the windshield.
Thanks so much for the comment. The honda is red. I used gorilla camo tape on the roof and a cheaper tape on the plastic. The cheaper stuff has faded badly. will do some touch up.

@Kings County Adventures do you have any problems with scratching?

Hi Buster.. how did the wiper work out in actual use. Just curious as I got one this winter and haven’t installed it yet. Great video by the way.
