one, is rent paid to its own partner allowed as expenditure of firm and
second, interest paid on loan given by partner to the firm also comes under restriction of sec 40(B), i.e maximum of 12% on capital invested? please interest on capital given to partners and interest on loan given to partners by the firm is same or different
