To be honest her voice is not that different. Her usual ducky voice is just an excited version of herself meanwhile the voice in this clip is a 'calmer' version of herself.

She said once that she has to strain and use a lot of abdominal muscle to use this voice and her normal "streaming" voice is easier for her to do. I don't know if that's true or not though this does sound more natural.
I think she was talking about lowering her voice.
This is the same pitch as her "stream" voice just calmer.
I do believe that it's just more natural for her to be loud in general

This is simply just seiyuu or voice actor at work. They alter their voice to match the characters they play which in this case Subaru. There are times where they accidentally break their characters thus speak using normal tones or voice, as seen in this video. Not sure why Eng still community doesn't understand this. Subaru's in character voice is rather demanding, still impressive she does it non stop in her longer stream.
@@spacecat4474 stop calling them seiyuus. Non of them are professional voice actors and their job is not "to voice the character". They're entertainers first and foremost, and if doing a voice helps entertain people that's what they'll do
Honestly half the time I wish most of the vtubers would speak with their natural voice. The ones I follow seem plenty interesting without trying to do a character voice, so I’d rather just hear them.

I'm pretty sure most hololive members' voices are very close to their natural voices. Most of the difference just comes to them putting more energy into their voice because they're "on stage" entertaining people

Rushia is one of few who makes her voice, but she also uses her natural voice a lot. I think she actually changed her voice to one closer to her natural voice recently, after changing avatar, probably to make it easier

This is somewhat similar to her voice when she did her handsome sounding one, but not quite as low. She said she did that voice by putting force on her stomach. I wonder if the fact she was sitting forward combined with the fact she was intensely focusing brought this voice out, since when she yelled her usual voice came out.

I don't think so, I think it's a game where you coach a team, and build the roster... You can sort of guide their play style, but you don't directly control the players.

To put it simply, those are the game character's name. They use other member's name to represent this Nijisanji vs Hololive match. A simple example of this is when Kanata play minecraft, she called the sheep Watame.

Took me a minute but for those wondering what video game this is it comes from a franchise in Japan called "Power Pros Baseball" I assume it's the 2018 version. There's gonna be a 2020 Switch release according to the wiki. There have been ones for both MLB and the Japanese Baseball League. Jikkyou Powerful Pro Yakyuu 2018 be the version they are playing.

No I don't think so. I don't think they change there voice that much. If anything it just her loud voice, or excited voice you normally hear. As excitement can excite an engage viewers more.

Do you all talk with the exact same voice every single second of the day? Different situations bring out different voices for everyone.
