No, this SMG was used as an AR alternative and took skill to use since you tried to hit people far away not close up. The shotgun delay was the killing blow.

Probably not. There would be a lot of complains about some guns being too op. Skill based matchmaking wouldn't be a thing. Competitive would be destroyed, hence many streamers would stop playing, decreasing the game's popularity and players.
