- New Farming Simulator 22 Survival Series on the "Dark Forest The Next Chapter map." We're mostly focused on forestry and logging in the beginning, but the goal is to turn our land into a livable and profitable farm.

Ive been planning also on this map...its e good one to start with nothing..ive building a whole wood production...and the money coms in like nothing..
Mine does that money negative stuff too if you have a zero balance I think it's the property taxes on land you owe coming out over time
The taxes/upkeep comes out the next morning usually. What's weird is I haven't noticed it since, and it hasn't been a problem so I've just ignored it. Appreciate the input, but I will totally keep this in mind.

Love the videos mate, and finaly a roleplay series that uses fdr's mods! I have been a big fan of him for years, starting using his mods in fs17. He's the reason i have my rig set up the way i do, with dual joystick, 4 screens, wheel and the saitec farm sim panel. Think i played the Grizzly map for around 1000 hours (just an estimate, no way to be shure), i harvested every tree on that map (that could be cut down with the tree harvester, the first versions of the map had a lot of trees that was incompatible). But i digress, great series bud. Thanks :)
Thanks for checking it out! I do love FDR mods, though I'm still getting used to the controls. I just happened to have dual joysticks and everything just works when you get your brain working right. I'm not using my wheel, but I do have pedals for that. I didn't really give forestry a try until I saw his mods, and it was love at first sight.
@@HeckinMarble Same here, i fell in love with forestry because of him. I have a license for similar machines irl, but never got the chance to do forestry. Maybe that has something to do with the instant love, hehe. I have to have my wheel connected too, i also love the farming side of fs. If i could figure out a way to implement my flight sim rudder pedals into my setup i would use those to steer the excavator, but i have run out of space! 😁

are you playing on hard mode?
It is on normal for the time being. I've done this on hard mode in the past, but the videos drag on because of lack of funds, especially in the beginning.
That’s true maybe after the first year switch it to hard mode

I believe it's included with Gamepass on PC... Not sure about actual xbox though. But it is in the xbox app among other game stores.

The map should be on the modhub "Dark Forest The Next Chapter", but as for the save, I have too many mods to list and it wouldn't work.
