Once you learn the angles/power/weapons, shellshock is a lot more fun, hope you'll come back to it.
I used to have marks on my monitor (really just reference dust specs) and I could nail the exact angle to hit all 80 of the flower.
@@truckinNloving While I didn't do that, I do remember the old 100,86 rule, and did get fairly good at shooting even without that, to the point I was decent at actually attempting bounces off the bumpers. Always seemed to miscalculate on the portals though.
@@joeytgolf yep. Same thing I did. I jumped on to SS last year after being away 5 years and it's definitely the same as before. Sadly, no more loaner maxed out accounts like there used to be. I used to spam the login info of that account to kick the others out 😂
Be cool if they apply wind eventually for some chaos. I think they can figure out 14 wind to every 1 wind though.

top tip: it's easier to just worry about adjusting angle. stick it to 100 power and aim it very high and adjust from there. wind will mess with this, but i would also suggest not playing wind until you all feel comfortable with your shots. as another comment has already said, 100 power and 86 angle will land your shot right at the edge of the circle around your tank, wind notwithstanding.
i like how after all those missed shots you still didnt learn to add more distance to your shots

This video seems more chaotic than other standard ShellShock Live videos by "popular" RUclipsrs despite the fact they never move lol. Once these guys figure out the angles never change without wind they should feel like gods in future videos.

Tip,
Firing Full Up 86 will always hit at the edge of your outer circle right/left.
One thing that helps a lot of people is if you aim at 100 power and 86 angle your shot will land exactly on the outside of your aiming circle with no wind. Generally shooting at a higher angle and just lobbing shit is a lot easier to figure out than lower angle shots are (if they aren't directly infront of you.) Once you get a few of the weapons upgraded and get the hang of aiming it definitely becomes a lot more fun.
If you'd like a small hint: if you do 100 power at an angle of 86 it'll hit right at the outside of the circle around you, and a wind of 30 will half your distance at said angle if it's against you or double it if it's with you
also make sure you're collecting gears. it's how you upgrade in the between-game lobby. it's above all the player names

Make your power 100% and then adjust your angle accordingly, you're just making it unnecessarily hard for yourself otherwise.
I looked up the tank game I used to play back in the day. And I just found it on the play store for my phone too. The game is called Pocket Tanks. Great music too. Hope to see more of this game 🙂 on your channel if not the main maybe your Byze extra channel.
Pretty sure the best strat in this game is stay at 100% power and just have a really steep angle.
When your aiming I think your better off changing angle with full power vs adjusting power

Try 100,86 and you will always hit the edge of your circle. Each "1 click to either side" equals to about 1 tank of distance.

Ive played this game for over 5k hrs. Its fun when you get in the groove. But it has its ups and downs lol
the initial learning phase is so fun, I have over 500 hours and it is so slow to level up at this point, the early levels are exciting
