- There are many different cleaning robots available that vacuum, mop, wipe down windows and even scrub toilets. I went on Amazon to find four of the highest-rated cleaning robots and see if it was possible to have them clean my ENTIRE apartment.

I Tried Cleaning My Entire Apartment With Robots - Наука
The fact that you had to babysit them the whole time means it's a fail.
Well in actual application there is no need to babysit . Just like a washing machine
Yeah, like the Neato D7
How tf is she meant to review and film it if she leaves it alone
Zakiry put camera on the wall babe
No she is just dumb, and went cheap on the vacuum. But content was needed
You should've done the review with the latest robots, not outdated ones, to accurately determine how far robots have come in cleaning.
Oodle Richhy yes exactly!
But that costs money
Evan Copiskey well if you use outdated robots he answers aren’t truly answered
Mhm. This video was really below my expectations. Only using crappy outdated on market products built for the masses 😒
Even with the new machines that do these specific tasks, what difference is there in the process and handling?
I watched my roomba the first time too. Then never again. It runs while I'm at work.
500
I just like watching mine clean but I don't follow him if he goes into another room. I didn't know he could sense when there were stairs so when I saw him close to the stairs, id run and move him but one time I didn't get there fast enough and he noticed the stairs and turned around. I was soooo impressed!!
@@prncessbaby16 ALL decently-priced botvacs these days have cliff sensors. Not-cheap Bots that'd still fall off of stairs deserves nothing short of a return & refund.
The #Hobot should lose its trademark. That name should DEFINITELY go to a different kind of robot.
It should at least come with a dance pole
😂😂😂 True!

Lmao how do people even release products this ineffective? I would be ashamed of myself.
Stealthy Mongoose I only use the robo vacuum those are good
The first generation of new tech mostly always sucks, but the industry can usually bank on early adopters paying high prices for shit performance just to get the bragging rights. This provides additional capital and useful practical insights which hopefully makes vast improvements possible for the next generation.
It’s outdated tech. All of the products back then on the video were better than the previous version. All of the robots are QC Tested.
Legit businesses like these are are worst than criminals.
It’s mostly cause she used cheaper products like not using the new roomba s9 and that new braava jet has also been updated and can talk with the s9
It’s super adorable how you try and take care of them when they mess up
Or you could just clean your house manually and save $1000.
hmmm unclean house for 1000 or an actual clean house for half an hour of work
Double D 747 And also throw your back out..
Double D 747 and get a better clean
Cleaning is for peasants
time is more valuable!
"Solving my problems since '91." That's a good man right there.
Phred Bookley
That was so cute when I read it 🥰
My robot vacuum is on a timer everyday. It definitely does not clean my entire apartment in one sweep. However my floors and carpet look amazing! Because I let it do its thing everyday, and it hits every part of my apartment several times a week. Definitely worth keeping around.
I need a robot to do my assignments.
Just use ai or create it yourself 😒

@@lmaonooblmfao942 that's the beauty of my comment 😏
I use that same eufy vacuum in my apartment and we haven't had the need to own a regular vacuum cleaner. For the small spaces and cracks that it cant reach we just use a broom and dustpan. But it honestly takes care of more than 90% of our floor cleaning needs.
4:14 wow for a tech review she is pretty useless. The Brava jet has different pads that determine how much water she will spray. Also, had she read the manual she would realized how to use the invisible wall feature...
I think this was for entertainment purposes (I hope it was lol).
If you didn't like how wet the brava left the floor, then don't use the wet pad. The orange damp pad works the best and picks and cleans a lot better than any swiffer i have to do myself
0:25 Why tf is she drinking juice on the bathroom Floor?😂
wtf was me reaction to the entire video
I have a Eufy robot vacuum cleaner and it was the best purchase I've ever made. It cleans automatically every day while I'm at work and my floors are always clean
Thanks for the well put together video. My team is working on building autonomous bathroom cleaning robots and your video is really helpful for us in learning about the customer experience!
"Don't come on the ruuuuggg!!!"😂😂😂
That's great flashlight your dad has. I use the same for caving :)
In future robots gonna take over almost everything
@@squirclequir1800 lmao😂
Pretty accurate. The only useful one is the robot vacuum and that has a lot of limitations. As she mentioned you have to move stuff and pre-clean to get the best results. Also, due the small size of them you have to clean out the bin frequently. I only clean one room at a time and its full after each room.
I need a RGB robot that plays my mayonnaise as an instrument.

I've always wondered wut would happen if I just buy robot cleaning tools instead of doing it myself. 🤔 Thank you for making this video and i'll stick to my current routine lol 😂
Charlie theses aren’t current robot theses are outdated most have had updates and been made far better
The robot vacuum is meant to replace in-depth weekly cleaning by running on most days. I have a roomba that runs 5 days per week and I have not had to manually vacuum since I bought it more than 6 months ago! The roomba is highly effective, IF you change how you view cleaning. By "maintenance cleaning" on most days you rarely, if ever, have to do in-depth weekly cleaning again!
I have the braava jet 240. The woman in this video ran it on the wrong setting! The blue pad is used for the wettest mop setting. She should have ran it on the moderate setting with the orange pad. She made the extra work for herself soaking up excess water through improper use on the wrong setting! Like the robot vacuum, it is meant to run regularly, as opposed to a weekly in-depth cleaning. I run my braava jet 240 3 days per week. I have only used a regular mop once in the 4 months I bought the braava.
In sum, the robot vacuum and robot mop are both highly effective, if used properly. These devices are NOT made for big messes. They are meant to clean small messes by running multiple days per week, depending on how dirty your floors get. Robots are meant for "maintenance cleaning" as opposed to in-depth weekly cleanings.
Roy Kirby really good point they should put more teaser have into these before judging
I have a Roomba and the Brava Jet. I only use the Brava when I’m out of the house. I’ll set it up start it then leave. It does take a while but it gets the job done. “Bumping into things and hitting baseboards” is how it works. It doesn’t have vision sensors so it’s essentially blind. iRobot’s new mop looks like a huge upgrade over the Brava.
“Time spent cleaning back”
*Sits on the floor drinking*
My mom had the robot vacumm. It didn't do well going between the living room, family room and hall which have no doors separating them, plus trying to keep it out of the kitchen/eating area with hard floors. It would tend to only do part of the living room the end up spending the rest of the time in the family room. Forget about it making it to the three bedrooms down the hall. So you ended up having to section off each area with brooms laid on the floor and the two provided towers that kept it from crossing an area. Anyway, you spend a lot of time just setting up every thing. It saved some time but really was just faster and only slightly longer time wise to do it yourself. Seeing the robot mower at home depot I think "yeah right". I bet it leaves several unmowed patches.
In my option,
I use a Roomba myself for vaccuming, yes, it takes a lot longer time to clean, but that is still time I could spend doing something else. I don't check on it unless it actually notifies me that it is stuck.
Plus, I can't really vaccum much because of my leg injury.
It does work pretty well for me.
These would be cool to start some of these before going to work or something. It’s sweet that her dad came to help her.
When will a automatic homework doing robot arrive ?
I’ll suggest trying using products from the Xiaomi eco system, like the roborock s50-60 that also mops, and they even have a window cleaner...
the results will be much better!
Great review!
Roborock has a window cleaner?
What do you think of their latest release the S7 Maxv Ultra?
Very informative.... thank you
You come back home to the cat missing and the vacuum robot meowing. 😲😂😂😂😂
robot vacuum seems like the only conceivably practical thing. Especially if you get one that's a bit "smarter" with no-go lines and zones and such. Also, you can get them with a "mop" type attachment.
lmao i wonna ask my mom for a cleaning robot for christmas
Roombas are great!!! its just some of the older ones aren't as good as the new ones :) and the mops too, the m6 is super good
That's seem to be interesting.. I would definitely try one😉
I wanted to buy the first robot you presented. And thanks for your review because, for my purposes I think it it will work perfectly
*Plot twist* robots take over your apartment and tries to kill you in your sleep •_•
lol I've been trying to figure out how to do all my cleaning autonomously as well. We're getting closer but not yey.
The robot vacuums that are more expensive and long-time front-runners in the game ARE really good at this point. Eufy is a budget brand. There isn't a lot of computing taking place with that robot as it cleans in a random pattern versus creating a path that it remembers. The rest of the machines are kind of silly in general. Even conceptually. Having a machine that you have to move from one window to the next, it's just a silly idea. Having a machine to scrub your toilet......it's a silly idea. Those aren't really on the same level as the amount of space you have to cover with a vacuum. I'd say if you have pets, then cleaning your apartment or home twice a week isn't enough. It's a daily chore. And if it's a daily chore, then spending the money upfront for a decent robo-cuum isn't a bad idea.
This is for sure the future. Theese gens are really early on the market.. I'm only 16 so I'm happy because I will see the improvements of robots and AI in my life.
As an older guy I thank you for the review we will soon need these things.
Xiaomi Roborock S6 will do the hoovering *AND* mopping for you. We've had it for a month and it's awesome. Slightly more expensive than the hoover tried in the video, but it has laser mapping and much better navigation strategies :)
Xiaomi also makes awesome phones
I got the first gen xiaomi and loved it so I got the new one for my down stairs and moved my old one up stairs. I think what people fail to understand with robot at least for now is of course you could do a better job but they can do a good job often. We run ours every other day and I love waking up in the morning to clean vacuum lines.
Also a nice side effect is that my kids actually pick up their toys every night because I tell them if they don't the vacuum will eat them (it has) and now they don't even argue they just clean up. Which is amazing because before the vacuums they spent more time fighting then it would have taken to pick up.
This is what happens when you don't do your research first and you cheap out in most of the cleaning robots, I have some and they work fantastic. Btw on the braava jet you can't mop your floating floor with that specific rag, it says it on the instructions. You have to use a medium wet rag which is different color. If you do a research on cleaning robots with no misleading reviews you'll find out there are some pretty good ones that do a lot of time saving as well.
That's what I was thinking. Plus you can't set different patterns on the braava jet either. The setting she was using is to limit it from crossing into and undesired part of the room.
Where can I find it & buy it?
Laziness overloaded😛
@ 4:40 "to the wall!" 😂😂 #liljon
What is in the window cleaning robot wireless. It seems like it be easier to wash the window if you weren’t attached to a wire.
Why would you need a window cleaning robot where you already did the spraying? It takes like 5 seconds to wipe it down
Here from GMM to see if the toilet robot worked LOL
If you would spend more than $1800 on robots that can actually do the jobs (Irobot roomba s9 and braava jet m6) it would have been a much better experience.
Niko Emil Jensen 2017t Im just being extra lazy
@@duydao7639 You can hire people to clean your house for far cheaper.
I've seen a vacuum that makes a virtual map of your house including where not to go like mats and carpets and it would roam in your house without bumping in the walls

I love her flowy hair. She has a nice attitude
You can adjust the amount of spray on the mop
One of these is gonna paint blue squares for a living in the future
Hehe 👍
The vacuum one is worth it, the other 3 can be done manually by hand.
Cute video!
I have a robot too that cleans the carpet or the floor.
The hobot just sells your TV and you never see him again.
How long does it take to hit the toilet bowl with a brush, every few weeks...
This is reminds me of Zima Blue from Love Death Robots netflix , one day this cleaning robot will have super intelligence more than human
Maybe one day one of these will become Zima Blue too.
Rosie is getting her laughs watching this.
2:30 Or, You just buy an Neato with No-Go lines.
A Big epic fail...you could have saved thousands by doing it manually well good thing you reviewed this so people won't get scammed.
These are outdated models. Not a really good review
That looks like more work than just doing it.

The Hobot was not what I thought it was going to be 🙃
I wish everything was controlled using our eyes and hands for a computer mouse but not a remote control
“When it arrived from amazon I didn’t know what it was?”
Part of the fun of iRobot cleaning robots is the bumping into stuff
What a project
They are like pets who clean (almost) rather than make a miss
The robot vac and mop would have worked better with proper setup, and reading the manual, the moping robot needs to go over a spot multiple times like you would with a regular mop, also the bravajet allows you to adjust the amount of water it sprays
hobot can be used as c4 but moving
Not too worried about the machines rising up to take over just yet...
For the robot that cleans inside your toilet. Nothing is going to get the toilet bowl stains out unless you purchase a toilet bowl pumice stone. I wouldn't expect the robots be able to get those stains out. Even when you try to scrub the toilet out yourself with a brush it won't work. You will have to purchase a toilet bowl pumice stone on eBay or Amazon
I guess tech insider now knows where all of its budget is going
