Super, we first coat the midis with haralu ennae or the castor oil, for this much u add 2 spoons of it cost it n then start the marinating n then the final prides, you can really feel the difference in flavour n taste. Use thothapuri midi ones, Wav they r.

VK, To prepare any pickle, Salt Water is prepared upfront and only that is used (You can check the step at 2:06). All utensils and hands have to be completely clean and dry while making the pickle to make sure the Pickle doesn't get spoiled by Fungi.
