Or happiness doesn’t exist by itself but suffering does like you are doing everything based on purpose of less suffering ex. Eat food to not feel hungry, listen to music to feel good because you want to and that’s suffering or me typing this comment because I want to relieve this emotion that make me want to type this comment which is also suffering.😐🤷♂️
Now if you keep cling into method that isn’t make you less suffer anymore you will definitely suffer as you are or more ex. Keep eating when you already full, listen to same music even you are already bored at it.
