Filipino Citizen Again? Seriously???
Hello Everyone! Welcome to my new vlog. Today is a very special day, a day filled with happiness that's hard to put into words.
But first, let's take a moment to appreciate the beautiful city of Frankfurt. This place holds a special spot in my heart. Whether it's for dining at restaurants, indulging in shopping, or dealing with important documents, Frankfurt has always been there for me. It's also where you'll find the Australian and Philippine consulates.
Now, here's a story that's close to my heart. In the Philippines, there's a law that allows natural-born Filipinos, like myself, to reacquire their Filipino citizenship after obtaining another citizenship through naturalization - in my case, Australia.
After patiently waiting for quite some time for all the paperwork to be processed, the moment has finally come for me to take an oath of allegiance at the Filipino Consulate right here in Frankfurt.
I must say, the staff at the Philippine Consulate were kind and helpful and did their job so well. I can’t thank them enough.
