Long videos but really informative. I love when you change everything to UK metric measurements. It saves me so much time trying to google conversion charts. Thankyou.

hi.. first of all thanks for the recipe..i tried it earlier tonight and it was pretty delicious.. but i had a little problem with the final outcome (i only skipped the sugar and vanilla)..and the fondue was not heavy and rich enough.. so what am i missing here? my guess is that the more chocolate, the more condense.. no? im having a dinner party soon and i rly want it to work :(
I live in the country of chocolate so it's hurt for me to see that you put vanilla extract in the fondue but your receipe seems to be delicious so.... :D By the way, my country is Belgium :P
im no expert my mum knows a chocolatier, and she told me you shouldn't mix the chocolate and cream you should sort of poke it instead (so that the cream doesn't cool down faster).
Best channel ever. She always gives the measurements as 90% of the world understands, not only that nonsense that only Americans understand. Thanks!
