Technically Joshua is not explicitly stated to be a small o "orthodox" (no pun intended) Mormon. Accounting for the catastrophic loss after the nuclear war, it's possible he's "just" a de facto Protestant. We only ever see him quote and abide by the Bible not the Book of Mormon. The Mormon temples probably collapsed and reverted back to a generic evangelical faith
What kind of image is this? It seems this site is attempting to equate sacred Orthodox beliefs with vulgar displays of armed extremists. The guy in military swat gear, face covered and bomb vest. Who the Hell is behind such heresy? VERY DISRESPECTFUL.
The Nicene Creed says, “God from God, Light from Light, true God from true God, begotten, not made, of one being with the Father.” Let’s make it clear. The direct and literal meaning of “God from God” is: God proceeds from God. That is, God created Himself, because He proceeds from God. He proceeds from God, but is God too. Doesn’t it mean that God is from God? That is, God created Himself, which is definitely a wrong interpretation. There must be a profound meaning in this verse, rather than just what it says. What it really means is: At a certain point many lifetimes ago, the Christ was begotten of the Father - that is, “God from God”. Through practice in many lifetimes, He has eradicated all sins and sinful nature, fully restored divinity and spirituality, and become one with God. So He is God. --Light of Wisdom Church《The Trinity |God from God, Light from Light|Reincarnation | I Am the way, the truth and the life 08》
That's AAAARIANISM Patrick!! Light ribbing aside. The idea that anybody can "restore divinity" requires a very different view of Divinity from mainstream Christianity and Monotheism, as part of the definition of an Infinite, Perfect, and Omnipotent God is that he cannot be limited by anything except himself, and that as he is the cause of all things that God himself cannot be "caused," that meaning he must always have existed. Specifically existed in the same state of total infinite perfection. Therefore, one cannot become God nor can one "fully restore Divinity" to go from "not-God" to "God" in this monotheistic sense. Either someone has always been God from the beginning, or he can never be God, you can't "practice and eventually become God." Hence Arianism, the ancient view that Jesus was not the monotheistic God but something lesser, be it a man, "demi-god," or what have you, and one condemned at the council of Constantinople. This is why Jesus is referred to as co-eternal with the Father, and associated in the beginning of the Gospel of John as being the Logos, the Word of God, and the most loaded word in the English language. In other terms, it includes God's perfect self-knowledge/self-image that must itself be a person and God, or else it is less than a totally perfect self-image, and thus God's Knowledge/Word is both God yet another person from the Father.

@@harmanvirk4421It makes sense to you, not because you actually have some proper arguments that would prove the logical validity of your claim (in this case the divinity of Jesus, as defined at Nicaea), but because you want to feel convinced that what you believe in is possible and true. The term "begetting" is obliged to be interpreted as a process that occurs in time. Therefore, if Jesus is a literal Son of God, He couldn't have existed prior to His being begotten from God the Father.

Recontextualizing a mormon to an orthodox?... lol if anything that this character shared with any belief with any christian that wasnt heretical was the filioque.
Isn't Joshua Graham a Mormon heretic?
Not anymore!
He used to be, yes.
He’s a Mormon, but not a heretic.
@@SethTurnerPrinting😂 sure buddy
No filioque LETS GOOOOOOO
What kind of image is this? It seems this site is attempting to equate sacred Orthodox beliefs with vulgar displays of armed extremists. The guy in military swat gear, face covered and bomb vest. Who the Hell is behind such heresy? VERY DISRESPECTFUL.
That is the character, Joshua Graham.
Beautiful slap in the face of the Roman-Catholics. The best, Orthodox version on YT.
Mahshallah, Joshua Graham converted from Mormonism. 🙏
bro hes a mormon and we reject the nicene creed
Joshua is a Mormon , he literally does not believe in a single word of this .
Also , not saying "From the Father and the Son" .Cringe .
Eh, the mormans in fallout seem to be a bit different. Alot may have happened in those 250 years

The Nicene Creed says,
“God from God, Light from Light,
true God from true God,
begotten, not made,
of one being with the Father.”
Let’s make it clear.
What it really means is:
At a certain point many lifetimes ago, the Christ was begotten of the Father - that is, “God from God”.
Through practice in many lifetimes, He has eradicated all sins and sinful nature, fully restored divinity and spirituality, and become one with God. So He is God.

Proceeds from the Father AND the Son.
Trying to sow division during Great Lent? Really?
@@emperorjustiniani8158 There already exists division. Schism.

The Cappadocian Trinitarian Model was the Dogmatised Model adopted at the 2nd Ecumenical Council.
Popes are not above Ecumenical Councils.
Us catholics added it on in Spain to help put down Arianism and it just stuck so as a catholic I believe before any serious talks of unity we must go over the nicene creed and decide upon it
not true
so.. josuha rejected mormonism and accepted authotity of vatican? based
*who proceeds from the Father AND THE SON
Why leave this part? This is an important part of the creed.
Because it is the original Creed, you heretics added the filique
Because Orthodox Catholics REALLY hated when The Pope added it.
Is Christ, our Lord anywhere here??
~~ Beware, you are not praying to the true God, the Christ. He is not depicted here and it is a farce.
God have mercy on your souls ..This is WRONG!!
What is this? It is not the real deal. It looks horrible!
Jesus' divinity, as defined by Nicene Fathers, makes no sense. It is time the Church settles for a more rational exegesis of His divinity.
No, it makes perfect sense.
Well then the burden of proof is on you to prove is just a temporal procession
For a moment I thought this was the guy in Sanitarium… Well, New Vegas is good too. 🥲

Based
I believe in one God, Father Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth, and of all things visible and invisible.
And in one Lord Jesus Christ, the only-begotten Son of God, begotten of the Father before all ages; Light of Light, true God of true God, begotten, not created, of one essence with the Father through Whom all things were made. Who for us men and for our salvation came down from heaven and was incarnate of the Holy Spirit and the Virgin Mary and became man. He was crucified for us under Pontius Pilate, and suffered and was buried; And He rose on the third day, according to the Scriptures. He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father; And He will come again with glory to judge the living and dead. His kingdom shall have no end.
And in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the Creator of life, Who proceeds from the Father, Who together with the Father and the Son is worshipped and glorified, Who spoke through the prophets.
In one, holy, catholic, and apostolic Church.
I confess one baptism for the forgiveness of sins.
I look for the resurrection of the dead, and the life of the age to come.
Amen.
