Something similar happened in Italy. The vanished man was a ex military and he was the very first soldier who learned something about smart weapons. His name is Davide Cervia and disappeared during the gulf war. No one knows where is he now

    Wonderful documentary!
NOTE: please dont use such loud background music next time. The story doesnt need it and its distracting! Thx.

I agree - the music was very loud, and in some cases, drowned out the voices. It somewhat spoiled an excellent report. Very distracting!

I stopped listening because of the background music. Too bad. I'll never subscribe to this channel. Why do idiots think they need to pump up the anxiety. Makes me think that the creator is a security state asset doing fear porn.

Excellent video. It reveals how any slightly mysterious person of whom little is known,
can be put under a microscope and become a fascinating character in a documentary.

No sir that is not the way the saying goes .......
"Sometimes a lie is so precious that it must be protected by a bodyguard of truths "
And that is why the masses are so easily swayed to the whims of madmen with money

Oh, the joys of propaganda…classic espionage weaponry.
Rats are everywhere in all shapes and sizes and the propaganda machine was immense, so why was Gayla disposed of and what did she know?
Gayla was simply a pawn woven into a much bigger game. She was dispensable…and her children collateral damage. She may have been tough, but being a divorcee with children from different men made her vulnerable…a perfect victim. If she knew too much there are ways to destroy the evidence.
One thing Russia has over most nations is that they are incredibly patriotic.
This is a cleanup from high…probably both sides.
Does a man from an established wealthy family (even if the wealth is lost) who has established himself as a professor marry a mail order bride? Unlikely…sniff the rat?
It would be fairly easy to establish if the Tom Cat (Riha) survived by using DNA as he would have likely gone on to father more children (as does a ladies man)…nothing a good family research investigator couldn’t figure.
His Czech heritage, family wealth and his familys’ Russian military involvement are key to unraveling truths that family research teams could look into… Riha’s nephews is the weak link to disestablishing the lies and possibly his wife who could also have been an agent.
Look also into his education and Russian knowledge…where did he attain his knowledge and how was it financed?
…what’s hidden in the shadows will help unravel the mystery.
Gayla paid the price, but what was her involvement? What part did she play? And was she paid? - therein lays the real mystery.
Perhaps her children will uncover a hidden fortune in the bargain…

Double Agents, taking payment from both sides for information. Once discovered they were eliminated.

They would not be "eliminated". Note: Aimes, Hansen, Walker, Snowden, Montes and many others have not been "eliminated". Their confessions are too valuable.

It astonishes that there are still legions of Americans who think what they learned in high school civics and American history classes is believable. If I were a scam artist, this level of credulity would would make me a happy man....and very rich.

and then completely freak out, anxious to make your very own conclusion.

In a documentary focusing on a single person, you'd think someone would care to pronounce their name properly. 'h' sounds like the beginning of a 'wh' . It's not that difficult, wtf
