Awesome! I’m so glad it helped. I think ADE does a great job and I appreciate them going through so many books and presenting what they think are some of the best. It helps me, I would never have found these books otherwise!
Sabbath Mood Homeschool science guides are great. We are still in Form 1 and use the suggested list on her blog. I'm overly excited to use her guides once in form 2.
I don't have much to comment on your Living Library Press books - sorry - but I just want to say that I love those Van Eyck altarpiece prints. You have impeccable taste! I used to have a lot of those pinned on my wall when I was in university.
I actually just got that Hylander book - to read for myself as I consider myself super lacking in that area and ADE recommended it as a good source for that. I’m really enjoying it so far and I could see even using it for my student in Form 1. My oldest is only going to be five this year so no formal lessons for us yet. I also have a vintage copy of The First Book of Electricity that I thrifted a few years ago and it’s absolutely adorable. Have actually thrifted quite a few of the “first book of…” series over the years and am hoping to find more of the ones you show in the video! I’m a sucker for the original hardbacks…
You've mentioned A Delectable Education recommending certain titles. Where do you find their recommendations? I've gone to the website, but am having difficulty in finding their book recommendations. Loving your videos...thank you!
Some are just from the episode pages, they’ll have books they mention in the podcast. Also From their site, on the about us and contact us pages, it has a link to another of their pages, a blog page(?) www.livingbookslibrary.com/ Then I search “top picks” and they have several lists on different topics.
Thank you for your unboxing. I’m considering using this for science next year, so your video helped in my research!

He was our artist we were studying this term, and they are very beautiful! I enjoyed it very much 😊

Yesss, if you can find them - for a decent price, and in good condition - the old hardcovers would be my choice too 😍

@@garlandofbooks4494 I'll check it out...thank you so much! ❤
Love the art prints you have displayed on your bookshelf. Where did you get them?
The artist prints are from Riverbend Press, van Eyck was our artist we studied that term. They are beautiful and good quality!
