Even though I started watching these vids for asmr, it's actually pretty addictive to watch as well. It's also very well done, and with no ads, so thank you very much.
That was a great accomplishment, and i enjoyed watching it all, but I almost had to turn it off watching your parity alg. That entire parity could be fixed with one RedBULl alg.
He is going to be getting so much watchtime from those watching the whole video. I plan on doing so while i do homework. Mmm algebra homework with some nice 19x19 ASMR in the background.
I find that using the layer by layer method, where Commutation of multiple pieces to their appropriate centre is much faster than line by line reduction.
Less than 6 minutes in and a piece came out... I don't feel like I'm in any kind of hurry to spend that much money on a cube that hasn't been prefected. That being said it looks like and sounds like it turns rather nicely for a massive order, but still outside of my budget range for a toy that's prone to breaking. This comment isn't meant to slander the content maker. I loved this video, and will continue to like and comment.
Only double parity, which was relatively lucky - on my last 11x11 I had quadruple parity! I messed up parity so often that I now use a cheat-sheet that lists all the parity algs. :)
I think people should just make videos of themselves solving big cubes and get loads of ad revenue, it obviously wouldn't get that much views but there is more ads and it's not hard to make
hi do you have any videos explaining how you do your edges? Ive always solved them like one bit at a time per edge but seems like you were solving a bunch of them all at once lol very cool! Anywhere I can learn this method by chance?
I thought you were a speed cuber. 4 hours to solve a rubrics cube? Terry O’Malley is laughing in his grave. Keep trying champ, you got a long ways to go...
@August Lancaster august, google is a useful thing. Check out Terry O’Mally’s record, then get back to me. He developed the T Series Base curve for solving 19x19’s. Reduces the need for half the algorithms and puts them in a time boxed sequence. It’s genius, and I wish I would have thought of it. Not bad for a hockey player, eh? RIP, Terry.
It's so wild to me that it wasn't that long ago the 6x6x6 was considered impossible to build... and now we've got a commerically viable 19x19x19.

When you realised he spent nearly 4 hours just making centres.....😂
Actually he did spend almost exactly 4 hours on centers :D
Fun fact: He used more SD cards than pamphlets in his hole collection
*"hole collection"*
@@lowellthoerner1209 yeah it was a joke

I guess it is kinda randomly asking but do anybody know of a good site to stream new movies online ?
@Felipe Jorge I would suggest flixzone. Just google for it =)

Well there’s no way I’m watching this fully
But congrats in advance!
Imagine doing the last U perm with M moves.
Bro i would have to do that i use m and u for z, u, and hperms
4 hours!? thats insane!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Its nearing 2021, maybe cube collection plz
I havent watched the entire video but i liked it to show respect 👍
Takes me this long to do a 13x13
This looks like straight pain but it also looks kinda fun ngl
Should of done a live stream like the 17x17 for corona :(
Plot twist: Your dog can secretly solve a 19x19 and he is a genius
Plot twist: Your dog didn't get smarter, you got dumber.
Is that a 10x10
woah that's different than a normal one
Did you never seen a 19x19
I am skipping my homework for this
Bad idea. 👎🏻
Wow an hour to solve one center. It would probably take me 3.
Congrats to everyone who saw this all the way through.
4 hours long and posted 4 hours ago
HmMMmmMmM
My hands would be screaming after this 🤣
good good !
Cores edges 3x3 done
i so badly want a time lapse version
Yo jr cuber. Which version of the gts3m u think is best after break in. Angstrom celeratis or mystic?
Nice one JR. That's a fast time. I like the long videos on in the background while I'm gaming.
I was expecting he made one line and then the video would start to fast forward... then I realize he uploaded the whole thing, awesome video!
lol the video was more than 4 hours long, what did you expect would happen after he solved it?
@@pukkss it was implied I didn't saw the length of the video, and the title was like a reference for what it took him to solve it though

Imagine messing up a parity alg on this
worst nightmare😥😫
I messed up 1 line towards the end when you only have 2 edges left to flip. Can you help?
wow that was a good video my fav part was at 3:15:35

I would’ve done the l2e algs, which I think are safer

omg it is big you solve the 21*21 ???
There isn't a mass produced 21x21
It'd probably take me an hour to do one *bar*, let alone a centre! :)

the real question is........how long did it take you to mix it up?

Surely messing up a parity alg after a long solve is common? Its kinda hard en you get tired.
