These are ok but I find the smaller lid becomes really tight and hard to do up/undo again. The plastic seems to expand or something. A right pain! No leaks though
I found this issue to be worse in hotter days, I leave the cap slightly loose so the gas can escape, not something I'd recommend doing near an ignition source.
Thankyou, I will be buying some of these now, probably the most accurate fuel mixing bottle out there. I only get through two litres of petrol 2 stroke mix in a month so 2 of these is ideal for me. I'll buy a third for backup though.
Your welcome! Yes it really does help especially when you do not use a lot of fuel. I prefer to use mixed fuel no longer than a month, when I need I just mix. Definitely a good buy!
@@nirvanmgosein6505 Thank you for the reply! I like to try strange two stroke mixes. Right now I am running 32:1 with liquid cooled oil for my older Stihl stuff.
@@nirvanmgosein6505 There is not much if any benefit. The liquid cooled oil burns at a lower temperature so it leaves less residue. If I ran Stihl oil at 32:1 it would smoke a lot, and clog everything up. I took off the muffler on my Stihl 025 after running the richer mixture, and it seemed like there was more oil on the piston. I would not run 32:1 in a machine with no high side adjustment, because it can lean out the mixture by a small amount.
Fuel marks on that bottles are very tricky! My instrument needs ratio 1 : 33 (1000 ml + 30 ml), I use syringe for oil dosing. So I filled into bottle exactly 1000 ml (to know level for UNMIXED petrol). And that level was right on the mark "1 : 50". For 500 ml the same thing...
Hi, thanks for your comment! I normally use a measuring cup to get precise measurements. Yes, this mixing bottle is more for quick mixtures when on the go. Cheers!
No smoke! The joys of the correct mix

I understand what you mean, I have the same issue but I still like them for their convenience.

I use a beaker, I mix 80 ml or 2.6 fl oz with a gallon of fuel. That looks much more fun and convenient though.
Hi yes its really convenient when you want to get a quick mixture. I got the beakers etc but thats for exactly what you said 👍

@@viperstrike3827 No probs! Never tried that but it sounds interesting regarding performance.

@@viperstrike3827 I use the 50:1 mixing ratio for my machines. Yes 32:1 will definitely be too much oil in the mixture causing the issues mentioned 👍

I valori per la bottiglia sono per la motosega? Per il soffiatore la miscela si al 2
40:1 mix is missing. 25 ml per liter gasoline
Just had a look on the mixing bottle, there are 10, 20 and 40ml graduations so you could get the 1 to 25 mix
Just joined your channel.
Can u use any 2T for your string cutter?
I had a look online, yes once its 2 stroke oil you are good to go, thanks!
Ure welcome.
Thanks too. 🙏🏿
Also the white color
Hello, one is oil and the other is gasoline. You combine the two fluids to create a mixture for the engine.
What is the name that red color
