- If the mother turkey broods for about 3 months, how do you ensure the Poults are disease free?
- You mentioned you have to continue allowing it to lay eggs. Do you remove the Poults from her side and separate her?
- I saw you removing the Poults from the nest, after lifting the mother turkey. Why were you doing that?

-For disease free, I can’t really tell how you would accomplish that. The best thing you can do is provide a good management practice; quality feed, clean water, good sanitation and that would give them a good start in life.
-After the first hatch, I no longer allow my turkeys to incubate thier eggs themselves so they prepare and lay another set of eggs very quickly.
- I was transferring the poults to a brooder house to raise them there. If you allow the mother to raise the turkeys themselves they take too long to lay again

Egg eating is usually due to low vitamins. You can supply the female turkey with vitamins but if that does work then try debeaking. Debeaking will surely help you
