I am struggling with my jealousy and negativity. I am trying to believe in God that he is real and able to help me to get over my fear. I typically don’t have issues with falling asleep unless I’m stressed. And I’ll toss and turn for hours and hours. This meditation has been the ONLY method that’ll get me to fall sleep... and I’ll fall asleep within 15 minutes of listening. So grateful.
Please pray for me I may need surgery. But it is very difficult in the area it is .so may have to live with it. Thank you and God bless you all . Love faith hope. Love your work its beautiful amen!!!!

Hi, Beatrix. This meditation is fantastic. Your voice is calm and measured in tone and pace which I honestly haven't found in other meditation guides. I really like the neuromuscular component too because it helps me relax while reminding me that my body that carries me through the day and my sleep to restore it are both gifts that God has given me. I honestly had never thought of sleep as one of His gifts! My body gets hammered by stresses everyday and your meditation helps me refocus on Our Lord's desire to allow Him to take care of me. It helps me let go, to learn to not be so hard on myself, and to remember once again that some of the greatest gifts He has given me are in the simple things - my breath, my body, the simple beauty of life itself.

My nephew, now 60, was homeless for 8 years. He had a terrible life, losses of siblings n mom, too much to say. 1 thing he did was to join a gym where he could shower n keep up his health. Some are only $10 a month. He worked odd jobs for years. Volunteer at a soup kitchen Mayne at a church. You will get food n hopefully a way to God's blessings. Praying for you. GOD IS ABLE!

Recently I have been having a lot of problems with handling my frustrations. I usually just cry it out and sometimes pray about it. But recently meditating has been helping me feel better and get closer to my Lord and Savior. The person who makes me frustrated and sad still upsets me, but it's easier to deal with when listening to videos like these.

This has been such a help for me! It’s a safe place I come to every night. Sometimes I’m crying my eyes out, sometimes I’m calm and content, some times I’m distracted and busy. But whenever I hear that ‘hello’ and those opening notes I know that however I’m feeling it will all be ok and everything is part of God’s plan for me. Josh, in addition to the guided meditation and the visualizations of God's goodness, keep in mind that you need proper nourishment for your body and mind. Do everything you can to keep that in order and that will also lead you to minimize (and possibly eliminate) anxiety.

I was in the ER all of Saturday for heart problems. Tests came back clear (thank the Lord) but they said it could be my anxiety/stress/sleep apnea that's literally killing me and keeping me from sleeping more than 30 minutes at a time. It is SO hard to just shut my brain off. I am trying to find God again, but fighting the devil and improving my health is a daily struggle. Please pray for me, God Bless. ❤️

I am suffering too physically and mentally everything bothers me I have anxiety disorder and insomnia I'm weak and can't remember things or hardly ambulate or stand up on my feet I can't eat can't hardly communicate well anymore or drink I'm affraid and know I can't make it alone nowhere by myself I'm too physically weak and inflammatory in my body

I just wanna tell us, the moment you ask Christ into you life, YOU ARE ETERNALLY SAVED! That is the moment you are sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise! You already made heaven once you accept Christ. And Jesus said “NOTHING can snatch them from my hand”. We are also ETERNALLY secure in Christ’s hands. John 10:28
Forget about any past or present guilt because God promised “And there is therefore now NO CONDEMNATION to those who believe” Romans 8:1
He also promised “ He will remember our sins no more” Hebrews 8:12
We are FREE in the LOVE of Christ.
I've been struggling constantly with repetitive sin and feeling like I'm not worthy enough for God's love. I want to be His child and to celebrate eternal life with Him in Heaven, but sometimes I prioritize other things over Him. Lord, please help me to focus only on You and please make a way through this season of suffering and anxiety. My Lord Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life AMEN! I will never lose faith in my God, my rock, my Savior. I love God so so much, no matter how difficult things get for me. Jeremiah 29:11
God loves you. There is nothing you can or need to do to gain His love. (Ephesians 2:8-9). Sometimes that's one of the hardest errors to overcome - the thought that we could or need to somehow earn His love... not trusting and leaning into this Truth because of our past conditioning and life experiences. God knows that we are fearful... that we prioritize other things at times... and He patiently corrects and waits for us. He will never leave, forsake or abandon you. (Deuteronomy 31:8)

I need prayers for a job! I need a home for me and my daughter. She lives with her dad. I can only see her in public places because he is abusive towards me. Finally I have found something that gives me a good night sleep! Struggeling with sleeping problems for years. Now when I listen to this soft voice, relaxing and praying...I fall a sleep in 20-30 min every singel night.! Thank you and May God bless you!

I’m really going through a hard time. I’m praying for all of you as well. I have so much on my mind and so many things bothering me the stress is too much. I hope god can calm my heart and mind while I listen to this video. I can’t stop crying. I just want some peace and healing from this pain.

My brother in Christ, Hayden. In the Bible it is stated that as Christians we will experience tribulations, but fear not because Jesus has overcome the world. When I say that, I am by no means undermining your struggle. I do not know exactly what you are going through but I am offering out my hand, to put into yours and offering to pray with you as you hold up your shield of faith as you fight off the fiery darts of the enemy that attack you and try and undermine your strength as a child of the most high God. Our struggles are very real, but as a part of the body of Christ you do not stand and fight alone. We are all called to plant our feet firmly and stand beside you. The enemy wants you to believe the stress is too much but it is written and Jesus tells us hand me your yoke and I will give you mine because mine is light and it will not weigh you down. So hand it to Jesus, and instead of focusing on the stressful things, focus on God. It is not always easy, but when you do oh how good it feels. Holding onto it cannot change the situation so if you can possibly picture it in your mind, try and exchange with Jesus right now.
Heavenly Father, oh good and gracious One, You are so loving and kind. You are always ready to outstretch Your hands in times of need to help all Your children ESPECIALLY in times of need. Right now my brother Hayden has a specific need. The enemy wants to try and alienate him mentally from You and make him feel stressed and alone. The devil is a liar and is always out to steal , kill, and destroy as it is written in Romans 10:10. Jesus is the truth, the way and the life. Through Him is true freedom. I pray that the reality of Jesus sacrifice, and the transparency of the enemies lies be made manifest to him right now. I also pray that you send someone into his life to speak to him that is a very real presence and a brother or sister in Christ to help him in his time of need. I pray he has a good Christian Bible based church family as a support system and he knows the reality that he is not alone. That is exactly what the body of Christ was made for and there are no strangers when one of us are stressed and in need. I pray he reads and knows the scriptures in the Bible are true and not only that but that they apply directly to him. Heavenly Father it is written that You are a respector of no man, but Your love, promises, and blessings are available to each and every one of us. There is not one person on this earth that they do not apply to equally. Your word says if any (and any includes Hayden) comes to you, with thanksgiving in their heart, and believes that You hear and will answer, they can lay their petitions before You, and because You are a loving Father, You will hear Hayden’s prayers and petitions and you will answer him and in return as You take those petitions You will give Hayden the peace that surpasses all human understanding. Your will has not and will never be for Hayden to hurt or worry, unfortunately it happens. But if Hayden will trust in You, You will exchange beauty for ashes. Hayden need not believe me Heavenly Father, it is written in Your word. So Father my prayer is that Hayden is relieved of his stress, his pain, and looks forward to the day that one day, when Jesus returns, we will never experience those feelings again and until then, reach out to You, and to others and even try to help others with the supernatural strength You put inside him and it will ease his pain at the same time, while also showing Your love to others. Heavenly Father, all these things, I ask in the mighty and powerful name of Jesus. The one person who experienced every single feeling of pain, stress (as he sweat tears of blood while praying in the garden before he was taken away to be scourged and crucified) and all horrible things known to man. May he realize You are right there beside him because You never leave his side and just talk to You. Father open his eyes and let him see no matter what this world has put on him, nothing can harm him. Greater is He that is in him, than he that is in the world, so what can man do to him. Amen!
