I would like to mention on the Chan needs rest part, Chan actually wrote their song Insomnia because of his own insomnia lol. But this is just how he usually is haha. It's a very rare day when he tells us he got a lot of sleep. They are few and far in between. I'm so excited for these next episodes though! The Jeju island ones were so much fun to watch. I can't wait to visit.

I'm an Austrian and I remember watching Running Man every week in 2010-2012 and I can't believe that K-shows blew up like this, that even guys like you who I'd never suspect of liking K-shows (I mean no offense! It's just that I was a 16yrs old girl back then, thus the perfectly fitting target group) would watch them. It's honestly so refreshing, cause back in the day, I wouldn't even be able to tell anyone what I'm watching without getting weird looks for it. Running Man unfortunately kinda lost its spark in 2014/15 due to criticalf staff leaving, thus the missions became rather boring and the cast grew a bit tired.

they actually have a full week rest before the promotions starts and another full week after the promotions but there are time that they get a month rest but since 2021 till after case 143, they havent gotten that one yet but sometimes they get rare schedules like rn, hyunjin complained that after case 143 he started get bored since they still havent started practicing too for year end shows,, but they’ll probably get busy again by next week

chan also said that he is sleeping well these days but like not in great pattern that u could say it was a healthy routine,, yesterday he had told us that he slept for 21 hours,,, he went to sleep and only got up to eat and went back to sleep and it all happened in 21hours
