Totalbiscuit disabled the comments years ago, I think it was as protest for Google+, and never re-enabled them or enabled comments on his new videos. After his death his wife, who inherited the channel, turned the comments on again. That's why his videos have next to no comments and any comments they have are "RIP Totalbiscuit"
@@exantiuse497 It was for health reasons not a protest. TB was struggling with the toxicity of his comment section at the time. And fairly so, it was awful for a long time.
@@Reverendshot777 Maybe that was the reason behind it, but a lot of RUclipsrs did the same at the same time to protest Google+. Maybe it started out as a protest but then he realised how much better it was with the comments disabled and decided to keep it that way?

@@Kumimono I mean, one can still use royalty free music as a main theme. There's nothing stopping anybody from putting Ode to Joy as a main theme, after all. But more likely, the song used for ace attorney was a cover composed for the game, which just so happened to just sound different enough to be licensed. Or something like that, my knowledge of copyright law is shaky.
