It basically means weight transfer on your front foot, if you keep your majority body weight on the front foot(leaning a little foward) while playing any shot your head will automatically go towards the ball but if you keep your majority body weight on the back foot and then play any shot then your head will automatically go away from the ball and the ball will tend to go in the air and you won't be able to time maximum balls perfectly and there will be chances of you getting out. I will answer your question and explain in detail in my upcoming vlog don't worry

Means ur head doesnt bend in the direction of the ball. It stays straight. There is no weight transfer as a result
