The villain from rumours in this trailer is Cassandra Nova - not a sorcerer, a mutant. But a physical feature they distinctly have might hint who they're an evil twin of in the comics.

Also Ant-head shot in trailer has some characters u might recognise standing in front of it e.g. Lady Deathstrike & Azazel from First Class among others. Also one of the shop signs when they slow mo walk to Madonna is called "Liefeld's feet only". Rob Liefeld is the creator of Deadpool (though the 4th wall mouthy characteristic came from later runs) & Cable & his comics - including X-Force are renowned for having obscured feet in the art because Liefeld hated drawing them.
