      Thanks for watching, I do think minion defenses need to be rebalanced for modern PoE, because capped res and life scaling isnt always enough

    I'm confused why you keep talking about the weapons "being able to poison with elemental damage. the weapon can poison with all damage, there's no mystery or anything... and why is the high-budget gear so bad other than the chase uniques with crazy corrupts? all the rare items have crafted mods, low rolled or low tier mods, and then a few bonkers uniques... the wand only has +1 skill on it... and why run poison jewels if all damage with the weapon can poison? I'm quite confused on a bunch of things

      All damage can poison is not the same as all damage always poison, you need poison chance. And how are his rare gears even bad? Crafted mod is bad for high end gear? He got all the mods that matter and just slam res at the end.

      To answer your first question, physical and chaos damage always could poison, so nothing there changes from base, which is why I talk about elemental damage being able to poison(because the low budget cannot use any elemental damage). As for the high budget gear, im not showcasing mirror tier gear because the suffixes dont matter nearly as much as the prefixes. The wand does not need +2 because Chains of command doesnt benefit from levels, The only reason there is +1 is for the AG's defences otherwise I would go for more increased damage(the wand is perfect for the build). And like robert mentioned All damage CAN poison is not equal to All damage POISONS, the former needs poison chance and is just enabling other sources of damage to trigger poison, the latter does not need poison chance. Sure if I went for perfectly rolled modifiers on every item I would hit poison cap but I prefer showcasing things that would be achievable without spending multiple mirrors, the budget of the high budget is not even a mirror in price. And the uniques with corrupts arent that crazy either they're corrupts that should be on the cheaper end but give alot of value for said corrupt.

      @@dconnic huh yeah i guess im just not understanding where the elemental damage is coming from if the jewels are the same as other budgets or why the poison AW weapon uses phys and chaos damage and no elemental if the implicit is there for that purpose but i think i just dont understand minion mechanics

      The low budget uses a unique weapon that does not have the implicit All damage can poison implicit. And in the higher budget we are scaling physical damage with jewels (But can be any source of flat damage) because we are running Hatred which gives us a good chunk of physical damage as extra cold damage which gives us "free" damage so to say. Hatred alone accounts for almost 10 mil dps since the weapons have base physical damage as well
      Edit: I also think I understand your confusion a bit more, for the weapon by scaling phys even more we are getting more elemental damage through hatred, we can go elemental prefix instead of chaos but chaos is the best bang for your buck because it only has 1 tier so if you hit flat chaos its guaranteed to add a healthy amount of flat damage whereas if you get t9 fire you're outta luck for example
