I haven't played tarkov in a while, why are the corners of your screen black and white?
Painkiller effect;. Used to be that noise everyone hated and then BSG replaced it by a blur that was so ridiculously bad that everyone stopped using painkillers unless absolutely necessary (so no pre-meds) and now they arrived at this. The lack of complaints means that everyone is fine with it and BSG will change it again because BSG.
