How To Cut OFF Wig Lace: EASY Tutorial / 4K

- This is a Step by Step tutorial on how to cut your wig lace! Please keep in mind the most important aspects of cutting lace: Make sure your wig is on straight! Make sure you know which parts of your head you want to cover! (I want my side burns out because it's the same color as my wig roots), and make sure to cut AROUND your ear. Don't cut off too much lace! It's better to leave more than you think you'll need during the first cut. You can always cut more later. 💜

Thank you for the tutorial! I’ve worn wigs before but I’m still too afraid to cut the lace off of my first lace-front wig. And how long does that last?
I mean does it stay all day into the night I mean?
When you glue it down how do you do it around the ear area? Do you glue the lace to your bio hair?? Thanks
Hi Steph! Is the lace only useful if you plan on gluing the wig onto your head?
Hiii! ❤️ A full lace wig, yes. Because with the full lace, and if the cap construction doesn’t have a band (although you could add one), or any ear stays in the wig, then you’d have to glue it down. But a lace front wig version usually has something inside the cap to keep the wig on your head so that you don’t have to glue it. This one happens to be full lace, but it also comes in lace front :)

You didnt show how to glue. Once you glue it means you cant use it again. 😊
