I love Ramen noodles.............this looks like another good Ramen meal to me. I love Birria and tacos, usually it is a little thinner. I would like to sneak into that pot with a fork and some home made taco shells. This looks almost like a chili Colorado recipe I have........yummy. The smoked beef would take this over the top, good video.
