The 7.5% alcohol Foreign Extra Stout is the Guinness for me, but we no longer get it, in Louisiana.
See thats why I didnt include that one because its harder and harder for most people to find in the US. Golden Gate makes a lot of different Guinness styles but I felt theses where the standard you would see in a local store or local bar
i like the foreign Extra stout : (scottish/american ) 7.5%
Yeah I saw that one, but most places dont carry that beer. I know they also make like a Old Fashion inspired Guinness that comes in at 10%. But Again this was suppose to be like all the version you could easily find at your local corner market or bar/pub
Great to see a taste comparison by someone with enlightened taste buds. I've tried zero and really enjoyed it and was surprised that it just tasted like Guinness without any odd / off tastes or aromas
I will state that the Guinness Zero is the best NA Stout I've had. I have a new NA stout review coming but right now Guinness stands #1
Guinness Extra Stout isn't on nitro and it belongs to the irish extra stout family. which is just a stronger version of the standard irish draughts. They also have the Guinness foreign extra stout though I haven't seen it in a while.

It actually all depends on what kind of cake you want. Fluffy....want to go with the Extra Stout because it has co2 and larger bubbles. Thick, than go with the standard, but get the can as it has more nitro gas than the bottle version.
Give me the flavor... I need to try the extra!!!!
Been meaning to try the Guinness nitro cold brew coffee beer, but it's like $5 extra where I'm living.. 😵
I do not recommend spending that much extra. Your not going to get that much more enjoyment for the money. You may even have less enjoyment than the Guinness Draught.

I prefer the Draught in the bottle, Nitro without the widget. Although, I've not tried the non-alcoholic version.
I heard the cans with the widget cannot be recycled. Anyone have an update on this issue?
I've haven't heard that before. I'll have to look into that one
