Sir, Trinidad and Tobago have the Privy Council the UK-based court as their final court of appeal. I don't know what the TT government's agenda is. Trinidad and Tobago became a republic in 1976, they should remove the Privy Council the UK-based court and replace it with the Caribbean Court of Justice CCJ. I researched the Privy Council and CCJ over the summer holidays.
