what is that voice addon calling breath 2 clear? Can you link weak aura or sth that you were using?
That's just the viserio/liquid mrt weakaura for healing cooldowns with TTS enabled - your raid leader can put reminders for people in the viserio spreadsheet and the weakaura will read it off
