No idea why this popped up in my recommendations. What I don't understand is why people don't try more of the unique ones like the reindeer MRE. The Norwegian military is currently doing a tender process for the new MREs so it might be the end of MREs with Real depending on who wins the contract.
Heck yeah Jerms!!! Love this review. I have a hate/love relationship for these rations some can hit and when they hit boyyyyy they hitting!! But they can also miss and can leave you wondering what the heck happened?? You did a damn good job with this one and glad ya enjoyed it too!! 💪 The components seemed to work with each other and superb to enjoy while yo main heating up. Excellent review big bro 💪😈
Very cool friend. The only 2 of these I tried, I know at least one came from Delicious, maybe both? I think you will enjoy this friend. The coffee is A little weak, and the cold drink always seem to be A little clumpy, but good. I always think, it is because Europe uses beet sugar, not cane sugar? I think you enjoyed this ration, or at least the most of it, LOL. Glad you had A good meal, and, some fun with this meal. Nicely done. Peace, John.
NIce one Jerms! I'm bummed I never managed to get ahold of one of the non-meat pepperoni pizza menus the Norwegians used to have. We'll talk and trade...😜
Thanks brother!! Let me know how it is if you ever get one of those 🤣 Appreciate you watching! Your video from yesterday is on my watch list for today!
Do Americans generally like brown water with a slight taste of coffee? We in Norway usually use half that amount of water... And yes, 95% of us drink it black with some of the older people using 3%milk or a little cream(the real thing, never the fake stuff you consume gallons of in the US)
I tend to like my coffee very strong. And no sugar. I do like some cream just to cut the acidity because of my reflux. But used to drink it black. And it's always half and half, never just milk and never powdered creamer. Thanks for watching!!
the reason why the chocolate got this white color is because gone from cold to heat and then back again. Nothing wrong with it, but chocolate will get a color change when temperature changes the whole idea behind the Norwegian MRE is that you can eat it the packs. So you don't need anything. You will also find little additive in the pack since Norwegian don't like that at all
That makes sense with the chocolate. I feel all of the European rations I've tried seem more natural with less additives. Probably why they all seem much better than the US rations. Thanks for watching!
You`re not supposed to break the spoon. Norwegian MRE are meant to use one time only, and that goes for the spoons as well. The food in the MRE is what matters, and the food is very good.
@@jermsMRE The spoon is weak on Norwegian rations.. But they invest more into the food to make it really good, and less on the spoon. There`s no salt or sugar in Norwegian rations either. My spoon broke when i tested a Norwegian MRE. But i had my own spoon, so that was ok. I was very happy with the food though. Norway makes really good MRE products.
@@jermsMRE I`ve only seen great reviews on Norwegian MREs. You should test a 24 hour Norwegian ration. Maybe the company that makes can give you a good deal if you say you want to make a video?
Very cool to see, I traded this one to someone, I don't think it was delicious. I think I have only done one trade with him, maybe just a few buys actually. Maybe I should have kept this one.
Next time I go backpacking, need to bring this ration.
Sounds like a great idea for me to do too!
Definitely!! You won't be disappointed! Thanks for watching Mark!!
Thanks for watching Tuna!!
I have been eating Norwegian rations for years an years. They are good. Last week I ate a ration from 1978. Still good
Looked pretty darn good. Big fan of the freeze dried. Another good one Jerms!
Definitely a great meal!! Thanks Muldur!! Appreciate it!
All Norwegian soldiers are issued with a steel knife, spoon and fork. The flimsy plastic spoon is just a backup
I second Mark, these are awesome to slam into the pack for hikes. So light, quite edible. Fantastic video, buddy!
Right on!! Thanks for watching Smitty!!
I'm in the U.S. Army. If this were to become an MRE, I'd gladly go to the field for an entire year. I love Tikka Masala
Yeah, this one was good!! THANKS for watching!! I appreciate it 👍👍
That main looked awesome. Love that peach drink. Great job Jerms!
Peach drinks are awesome!!
It all was excellent!! Thanks brother!!

I think this would be a great ration for camping, backpacking, or hiking.
Absolutely!! So small and light weight! Thanks for watching Flash!!
Another great video!! These rations are great for hiking!! I always have one with me as a treat
What a treat they are!! Thanks for watching Matt!!
I can watch it now. No problems. Did you get it sorted out?
Thanks Tracy!! Just needed time brother!
I will leave you a comment, Jerms. I'm sure it's a top quality video, as all of yours are. Even though I can't watch it.

Awesome MRE! Looks loaded with goodies. Weird that the chocolate was so bloomed.
It was weird! But it was really good! Thanks for watching DC!!

Don't buy them all CT, I want one too.

The chocolate is bloomed because this is an arctic ration that has been stored warm.
Agreed. But still good 👍 Thanks for watching!!
Nice review. I'll subscribe.
Thanks for subscribing! I appreciate you watching!
I want to try one of these I hope I can find one that’s already in the USA so I don’t have to worry about customs 🛃
You won't be disappointed if you find one!! Appreciate you buddy!!
The ink involved in a marking inside the pouches could leave unhealthy recidues.. After all these things are meant to last a ling time.
Good point. I hadn't thought of that. Thanks for the comment! I appreciate you watching 👍👍

Definitely simple yet perfect with this menu. I need to try some different AFR menus. Thanks for watching JC!!
Beef jerky and chocolates!!!!! 🤤
Nuts and gum 🤤

Wrong temp makes the chocolate look like this.
Yeah, for sure. Thanks for the comment and for watching! I appreciate it 👍👍
No Norwegians with a bit of self respect has cream or sugar in his cofee. That's not a Scandinavian cofee
I typically only use half and half in my coffee. No sugar. But I do enjoy black coffee as well! Thanks for watching!! 👍👍
