I remember leading people to Jesus with tracts. But they would always look at me like now what? So I became a Methodist and then a Presbyterian so I could tell them Now this!
I found this sermon on a different channel. Looking for a word of encouragement rather than therapy. Been outside helping a bee. An actual honeybee that fell into the birdbath missing a leg so he must have been attacked by another insect. I miss ministry where you are in relationship with other people making a difference. I love God.
This disclosure diffinantly deserves a closer looking into. Because Jesus so clearly told us that we couldn't serve Him, and money! I wonder just what impact not attending to Jesus' statement effects a believer.
Pastor Robert is one of the best teaches I have had the pleasure to listen to over some years now, I am sure that we all have had the same thought pattern concerning money as he is explaining it! It just shows how suttle the enemy is. Thank you Pastor Robert.
There is no scripture in the New Testament that tells us to give tithes. We are commanded and admonished to give and give from a cheerful and generous heart. 10% is not a command but a great standard to use and a starting point to give more.
Is it stewardship season? I just came inside. I get paid on Friday. Since I came here I’ve somehow been involved in an invisible winery, an invisible antique store, etc. I’m still cooling off -

Please pray for me i keep trying to draw close to Jesus and God but im lacking the joy in my worship i just feel desperate and fearful need
