- UNBOXING THE MOST METAL GUITAR EVER!!!!
It finally has arrived!!! This is a completely handmade and simply unreal piece of top notch craftsmanship from an independent builder by the name of Peter Skubla aka AKN Guitars. My jaw was dropped from the moment I seen that flight case, and of course what was inside! This video and pictures just cannot do this axe the justice that it deserves! It is simply unreal and a true honor to have such an instrument in my possession. We will dive straight into this beast in the follow up video to see how nasty it sounds and how it plays, but until then I hope you guys enjoy this one! Same, i got a super strat today, the schecter reaper 6 and im kind of bummed about it im going to pick up an epiphone brendan small ghosthorse and a schecter v1 custom this week.
I sold all my super stats besides the one I built, and have nothing else but pointy rigs. 2023 Jackson Warrior neck through WRX24, 2000 MIJ Warrior, a Chinese Ironbird that's surprisingly awesome after some mods, and an ESP SD-2.

Fair enough. But I'm the opposite. I never liked B.C. Rich guitars and any guitar that mimics an edgy evil appearance. To me it just screams poser.
@@G34RH34D I don't think Kevin is a poser, to me any guitar that copies super strat screams the riffs are going to be generic and boring and the dad playing it probably has a whole collection of them.

ok, I'm just floored he built something to that caliber with a few basic tools. I've watched so many custom guitar builds and even as a professional carpenter, the level of equipment is completely out of my grasp. This just showed me that I already have all the tools I need to build badass guitars. AMAZING craftsmanship!

Kevin, I worked for FedEx for over a year and I can understand because we had so many complaints for the delay of packages around Christmas time, two years ago and I’m just saying that it sucks that it had to make customers wait for their packages. Very old school batmobile wings. Tight proportions. I love the finish i typically dont like matte but that is perfect especially how you see the wood grain only in certain light.
I love how its sharp and smooth at the same time.

I 100% appreciate the work that has gone into this guitar. It looks like stunning workmanship but I couldn't play it. I would get frustrated trying to play it sitting down. Does look stunning though. Amazing piece of art right there.

I'd like to see Kevin sit down and really give a guitar like a Les Paul a real chance. I'm a metal guy too..and have been playing for over 30 years. To this day, nothing has beat a properly set up LP. Sure, the upper fret access kind of sucks. But feelwise, nothinig beats it. Put some high output pickups in that bad boy and give it a good setup,..and nothing beats it. They feel like a dream. How often do you need 24 frets? I know that I don't miss my old 24 fret guitar.
