Thanks for ur information madam I need a suggestion from u, question is, I'm from Karnataka, I will receive goods from other states, the seller will supply the goods in a big vehicle, that vehicle can't enter to the place (because of road) where my godown is suited, so i will unload the goods to another vehicle for that e-way bill required or not... If that is required, can u give a suggestion for that

Please clearify if goods delivery place is below 50 km then may i issue eway bill or not. As per you it is not necessary but other says that for a one kilo meter also you hv to make eway bill. Please clearify.

Correct. More then 50k u have make e way bill. Bangalore location its mandatory above 50k. If it's less then 40km also applicable e way bill.

Part B of the Eway bill is not required within 50kms. Also, if by way of non-motorized manner within 50kms, then eway bill not required. If consignment above Rs. 50,000/- then Eway bill mandatory irrespective of kms.

if the goods are delivered, invoice is generated and gst amount has been paid at the site properly, in future eway bill can be demanded by gst department ?

It's good to keep a copy for reference. No harm, only a paper needed. We also keep a soft copy in our computer.
